The exceptional customer service at Two Notch, especially from Tori, stood out. Tori's deep knowledge about suitable proteins, combined with her approachable and friendly demeanor, not only helped me make an informed choice but also made the entire experience enjoyable. Her patience during my indecisiveness was noteworthy, and it's this level of service that would undoubtedly bring me back.

If you want to pay at least $10 more than come here. Save your money, but it online. A product I tried to purchase rang up as 49.99 and the worker… (first initial W) young blonde white man, manually adjusted the price to 59.99 and said he has to honor the tag price. EVERYWHERE else I’ve been, they only honor the tag price if it’s cheaper.The guy didn’t have the best customer service either. He was dealing with an older black couple and was really trying to find her previous phone call on their call log. AFTWR the lady had already showed him (on her own cellphone call log) that she had called that store. It seemed to me like he didn’t believe them and he wasn’t the kindest while talking to them.He then briefly looked at us as we approached the counter, asked me if I’ve tried the MRE brand and tried to convince me to switch to that one because it’s “cheaper” and “better protein” and when I told him “no I haven’t, but I’m good.” He didn’t respond and continued to look through the phone log.I didn’t want to get my protein from there and I felt like I shouldn’t based of my interaction with him. But decided against my gut feeling, and then as he was checking me out, I noticed the price jump from 49.99 to 59.99 after he typed something in and I asked him why the manual change, and all he said was “gotta honor the tag”.I then left, and started driving home. On my drive home I thought about the scenario and realized that I can get it way cheaper off of Amazon. I returned to the store and asked to return the item and all this worker had to say was a very disrespectful “why?” The vibes were more of a challenging question not a concerned question.0 out of 10 would not recommend.It might be different if you’re a white person. But for me and the older black couple there, I can say we will not be returning to this establishment.

Some of the reviews on here are a bit biased. I’ve had great experiences with all 3 of the staff members who work here. The General manager has always been nothing but helpful.

I came in the store looking for a meal replacement. This sweet young lady (Tori) addressed me with a hello may I help you with anything with a smile on her face. When I said she went through every container on the shelf, reading for me cause I didn’t have my glasses, she did. She didn’t stop until she found the right one for me. Thanks Tori.

Went into the store totally confused about what I wanted and what I may have been looking for (lol) & the store manager Walter immediately came to liberate! Very knowledgeable about all the stores products so he immediately understood what I couldn’t even say ? . Asked me what I had in mind, what my goals were and even made a few suggestions! Showed me a new product that GNC is now selling and when I straddled the fence about whether or not I should give it a try— he brought his from the back and offered to even let me sample! (Which I would have gladly taken if I didn’t already want to buy the product) ?. If you’re looking for a protein powder to gain mass but wish to cut back the serving size (or even if you’re not) head on down to GNC to see Walter, Tori, or Landon! They’re all GREAT!

I would like to say that I enjoyed my experience at GNC on Two notch road, Columbia SC. The customer service, the friendliness and nothing but good down to earth gentlemen is all credited to Walter Greeley and Landon. These two gentlemen blessed my soul with their kindness as well as the morale which was impeccable. Go visit them…you will be glad you did.

I recently came to this location & the store rep Kenn helped me find a great supplement to fit my needs. I has recently left the Vitamin Shoppe; Kenn thoroughly looked over the ingredients they provided me & recommended several products that might for. He wasn't to just sell me, but rather give me options. Was a great experience & the product he recommended is working great. Thanks Kenn

Associates could greet you better make you feel as if your wanted to shop here.One guys come out the back says "whats going on"gave me nasty look.I do believe customer service how are you sir how may I help you. I left out the product I needed anyway and Associates need act professional no ghetto.

Upon arriving at the this GNC location. The young man who I later discovered was the store manager, Walter was very helpful and highly knowledgeable about the products. And was very adiment about what would be a good protein to use for pre and post workouts. He also gave promotion samples for my wife and I to try out in order to gain our feedback on the product. My wife and I were very satisfied with his professionalism and his curtisty and recommend this location for future visits.

Store personnel doesn't answer the phone. You can repeatedly call 3 or 4 times back to back and will still not receive an answer. Going to the location is worse, as they have no knowledge of their product on-hand, in the stock room, or when out-of-stuck items would be available in the future. You're probably better off going to Vitamin Shoppe or the other GNC in Columbia Place Mall.
