I had horrible & stressful experience. When i returned my purchase,a store employee made a mistake giving me full refund back to my account.I asked the store manager for the full refund, she told me to call a "Customer service" and gave me a number. Why?? I purchased it at the store,Not a online!!Then, she supposed to fix this system issue and give me an update but never did. She said she will call me back but she didn't.After long four days,i finally received my full refund by this manager. But,i've never go back again,she wasn't trustworthy at all.

I had an unnecessarily,horrible experience. When I returned the product,one of the store workers made a mistake giving me a full refund. I spoke to the store manager,she told me to contact "customer service"( i purchased at store),because she didn't know how to fix the system issue??.. She was supposed to give me an update for the refund but never did. She wasn't trustworthy at all. After few days,I finally received my full refund but i'm disappointing about all this store experience.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I have been in the store and they do not know their products. I have tried to call to talk with a sales associate and the number gives a "fast busy" signal. Such a shame. I am a huge vitamin fan.

Store was not open Saturday or Sunday when it should have with signage saying they would be closed. Walk in Monday and told I had to wear a mask!Won't be back!!!

I had finished my workout downtown and was planning on stopping by to get some Creatine (I like the fact they are on the way home). I was running later than I wanted to and I felt kinda bad about walking in 15 minutes before they closed. First I noticed first that they had already put up the closed sign but I decided to try the door and it was open. Second dudeman working the counter decides to tell me they close in 5 minutes. Like yeah, I know, more like 15 minutes. Anyways, I dont think I'll ever support you guys again. I already pay a premium for convenience and Im not going to put up with your staff too.

Terrible customer service. Every time I’ve walked into this location the Hispanic man behind the counter is very arrogant & seems like I’ve inconvenienced him by getting him off his phone. Try sticking with the companies return policy, not just what you want to make up or decide what you want to exchange/return. This location is on my way home but I will be going out of the way to go to a different location.

Extremely unprofessional staff. The store closing time is 8pm (according to their posted hours online and in store), which is great for people like me who get off work late. However, there are numerous times in which the staff "turns off the computer" and turns away patrons even at 7:50pm.
