I always find treasure at this location. Fantastic bargains on popular brands, especially on Tuesdays where seniors 55 and older get 25% off.

A clerk was ringing my clothes up and kept putting her hands in her mouth and then touching my clothes with her hands. It infuriated me! I thought it was disgusting!! I told the manager about it and asked for a discount but she refused to give me one stating store policy but I thought it was the least she could have done for my bad experience and troubles which brings me here to leave my experience.

Today was my third time donating to this GW since moving here. I have to say that the people who work in receiving has to be the rudest, non chalant people I have ever seen in all of my years of donating at any GW store. They won’t speak, or assist you with anything. I gave them a pass and made excuses for their rudeness. I donated Kuerig coffee makers, crockpots and other bags of new things with tags. In the future I will definitely donate to other organizations who appreciates my generosity.

They have raised their prices, quite substantially. Glass vases start at $1.99. I saw a fluted vase for $4.99. A comforter costs more than a brand new one at Walmart.Goodwill on Farrow Rd.

I used to have a great experience going into this goodwill now they’re rude and so nonchalant, it’s been so many new employees since last November. Go somewhere where they appreciate your serviceAnd the new manager with the black glasses needs to go back where she came from

The Goodwill store on Two Notch Road in Columbia is worth a visit if you like good, pretty, and cheap things. The customer service is excellent, its workers are wonderful people, the manager Mrs. Diaz, the two times I have visited the store I see her checking that everything is correct and working perfectly, she also asks people if they are at gladly and if you need something call her and she will gladly assist you.An important fact to keep in mind is that Mrs. Díaz is bilingual, she speaks (Spanish and English), the store is always stocked and tidy. I suggest everyone to consider visiting the place, they are going to be very complicated with their products and with the good treatment they are going to receive from their employees.

The Goodwill store on Two Notch Road in Columbia, South Carolina is worth a visit if you like to thrift. You will get the typical Goodwill thrift store experience. The store is well stocked and neat. It is easy to access off of Two Notch Road. If you have donations, you can slip in quickly for an easy-to-access dip off location on the left side of the building. The parking lot is laid out well and is clean and feels safe with good lighting.

I had a very pleasant experience donating items. They have clearly marked signs to the covered “Donations” drive through. Their associate was very welcoming and helpful. After unloading, she even invited me to pull around to the front of the store and come shop with them! Talk about great customer service and great personal marketing! The store itself is smaller than the one I patronized previously in another state, but overall the store was well organized. I will donate to and shop here again!
