Order lunch from halls the order receipt was correct but the order was wrong. Added everything to the burger I informed them not too. They didn’t know if I had any allergic reactions to the items I asked not to place or the Halls Burger also burger and fries was cold as if it was already made and sent back out as a messed up order

I took my daughter, Kinsley, and two of her friends to Hall's Chophouse to celebrate her 15th birthday. She wanted to dress up and go to an upscale restaurant. This was my second time here and her first.Kinsley, a picky eater, ordered CHICKEN TENDERS and FRIES from the kid's menu... at Hall's Chophouse. ?? Oh, boy! I told her, "We could have gone to Freddy's for chicken tenders and fries. (LOL) Anyway, she didn't care for the tenders too much (a little dry), but she loved her fries (plain and parmesan). My steak, creamed corn, and shrimp appetizer were all amazing. My friend loved her salmon salad, too. She ate it all, and it was a sizable salad. We all loved the breads and butter. Kinsley's birthday desert was stunning... too pretty to eat. I'll definitely go back, but without Kinsley. ?Parking: Valet is your best option and valets charge tips only. No set price. I paid $20. If you give your server the parking ticket before leaving the restaurant, your car will ne ready when you come put of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: You'll have no issues with wheelchair accessibility.

11:30 Easter Sunday Brunch. They decide to offer the entire menu during a slammed holiday brunch service. I believe this was the reason things went south so quickly. Many people in the dining room appeared to be disappointed with the service. Our apps came out quick, but we didn't get our meals until nearly two hours later. Two meals cooked well, but the steak sandwich was overcooked and had the appearance of sitting under a heat lamp and the cheeseburgar was completely raw. They made it right and comped the meals. 3 hours for Sunday brunch is not what we had in mind.

Steak was tough. Service was slow. The hollandaise sauce on the asparagus was broken and flavorless. The chopped salad was the best thing I had. Ruths Chris is superior!

Excellent ambiance, food, and service! Definitely recommend; we thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary here!Kid-friendliness: We had our 9 and 13 yr old with us. They gave them sparkling apple juice to toast with us for our anniversary.

Disappointed. After many years of visiting Hall's on King Street while living in Charleston, Hall's had a special place in minds. Our first visit to the Columbia location a while back was a huge disappointment. We spent almost $500 (including tip) for two people. Especially for this kind of spend in Columbia, the experience just wasn't up to par.We were sat at a 2-person table in the "aisle" between a large round and a booth and her back was against the wall and my view behind my beautiful wife was the thermostat on the wall.To our right was a large party at the big round table and another couple at the booth to our left. We involuntarily got to participate in the large party's festivities. Not a big deal, I guess this was just unfortunate luck of the draw on the seating lottery.I ordered the bone-in filet, and again, for around $100 for the entree, I was underwhelmed. The steaks we ordered were fine, but nothing to write home about. Not what I remember eating in Charleston, where every bite is a treat. Additionally, it was a little awkward that they ask you to cut them open right there, with an audience of 2-3 service staff, to okay the finish temperature. We ordered 4 or 5 different sides and they were all very good, but (and I'm not exaggerating here) 2 of them were cold. Not ice cold, but not warm either. This was very disappointing. Just seemed like a big miss for a restaurant of this caliber. We ordered drinks also, and they were not consistent. The one I was ordering, the first one was a dark blueish/purple and the second was just grey. Just not consistent mixology with the cocktails with the color and taste. Again, not a huge deal, just surprising for a place like this. The service was decent overall, but the underwhelming entrees, the under temped appetizers, and the inconsistency from the bar really left us feeling like $400 for two people was not reasonable. We still tipped $100, but we definitely won't be back for dinner any time soon. The lunch/brunch offerings, thus far, have been far more appealing for the price point/service offering received.

I came here for my birthday dinner on Saturday night and our server, Ash, was truly amazing. He was very helpful and made us feel very welcomed and important. The manager also came to our table andchecked on us and made sure we got everything we needed, which was very nice. We tried wagyu for the first time and it melted in my mouth, definitely a must try if you come here. The chocolate cake was the best i’ve ever had! So rich and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for something more fancy, and want the best service you can possibly get.

Everything was great. Superb quality! Excellent service and the Steak Tartar was to die for, pair it with one of their amazing red wines and it’s out of this world. The steaks are AMAZING. It’s really an amazing experience that just can’t be beat.

Probably the worst dinner experience we have EVER had. I have never written a review but want to make sure you know this is an over priced place. The sommelier was horrible and had no recommendations when they were out of the wine we selected. Food was SUBpar, service was below average (we had to ask for silverware). I would NOT recommend. Poor service, food, and ambiance wasn’t what we expected for a high end place.
