I have been to Hibbetts and the costumer service was wack I pick the shoes I wanted a waited to check out with the young lady I paid with cash and she asked the money was fake SMH I should ask for money back but I'm going on a cruise it's sad they can't pay attention and costumer service sucks..

I was highly disappointed with my order being cancelled for no reason, being that the store has the shoe in my size that I had ordered. I then had to repurchase the shoe and have yet to be compensated for my cancelled order. I lost money and I'll take my business elsewhere going forward

Very great service. There's a cashier there and I wish I would've gotten her name but she was amazing. She was very eager to help and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Even had my children laughing. We loved her service so much we gave her a tip. This store had every single size in stock that we needed. Everyone was able to find the shoe they wanted. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a specific hat in store and was charged a shipping charge of $7.99. I received the wrong hat, called customer service and was told to return the hat to the store and not be refunded the shipping charge. I had to call cuatomer service and then had to return to the store for a shipping refund. I did receive a full refund after two trips to the store.
