Do not do not do not…buy an appliance from Home Depot and request their appliance delivery service; though their appliance services are decently priced the delivery cost, haul away, price of parts to install and installation costs are almost double what u initially paid. Had to reschedule twice on a new dishwasher, first time was due to scheduling error and the second time was due to the equipment showing up damaged. we are a family of 5 with 10 month old twins, and have been now without a fully functioning dish washer for about 4 weeks now…they cannot adjust schedules, make any form of accommodations, or sympathize truly with how frustrating it is. A-shame and truly abysmal.

Do not purchase appliances from Home Depot. I've had the worst experience EVER! I went online and purchased a stove and fridge on 11/10/20. Both items were just placed on sale and both showed as in stock. I get a delivery date of 10 days. Two days before the scheduled delivery I get a phone call that says "sorry your delivery is now changed to 12/5/20. At this point I'm already upset. Fine ok we wait...Again two days before the scheduled delivery I happen to look online and now the date is 12/10/20. I didn't even get a call or email. Had I not looked online I wouldn't have known. Today 12/08/20 I get a message that says "sorry your delivery date is now 03/02/2021. Are you kidding me???? You're telling me that I'm going to have to wait 4 months to get my items and even then it's still a MAYBE?. I called Home Depot and Samsung the distributor. Samsung's answer was basically FU too bad. Home Depot's answer was well once we give the order to them it's out of our hands. Really? That's the experience and support you want your customers to have? Spending several thousand dollars and you say oh well sorry it's not our fault. Here's where it gets better. They told me , well we can find another product for you that's similar. If it costs more you're just going to have to pay for the difference. UHHH....bait and switch much? You put a product on sale that you don't even have....that also showed as in stock....then tell me well you can take your chances and wait 4 months....or pay more money to get something similar sooner. NEVER BUY FROM HOME DEPOT. They'll take your money and don't give a rat's backside how you're affected in the mean time. I also love how their social media doesn't allow people to post comments on their page....hmmm I wonder why.

Do not purchase any major appliances from this store right now your best bet is find a real appliance store and pay the extra by all means do not purchase any GE APPLIANCES BECAUSE YOU WILL BE STUCK HOME DEPOT HAS A 24 hour turn around that they do not tell you about until you have a problem anyway GE IS GONE THEY ARE NOT PRODUCING THE GOOD PRODUCTS THEY USE TO AND THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE ANY ONE TO FIX THEM. You have been warned

This place is packed with people. I had to drive around the parking lot for 5 minutes to find a place to park than walk a long way. They had what i needed and the people were nice.

I went to this store today and wanted to look at plants that were outside on the sidewalk, they had them roped of and told me that I had to go through the store to get to the sidewalk , how stupid. what a way to help curb the spread of covid 19.

I ordered something for pick up in store today. Currently our governor in SC has Required limited number of people in the stores. I saw online on numerous other Home Depot stores and other stores that they are doing curbside pick up for items ordered online. So, now my husband has been standing in line outside for an hour just to get in the store to pick up something that we ordered to be picked up. Thank God it’s not raining! I understand this whole situation is stressful for everyone however, Home Depot should be getting with the program like everyone else and having curbside pick up!

Shame on Home Depot for staying open and making their elderly employees work. Especially in Washington State. You have lost a customer for ever!

For some reason they try to make it difficult for a veteran to receive the 10% discount. I have a military ID,also have the South Carolina License and Real I'd with VETERAN stamped on the front. I had to present my DD214 to have Veteran on it. You should be treated with respect like all customers. I used to shop at HD in hendersonville, nc. never a problem there with military discounts , not a problem with Lowes just across the road either.

Had a screen door installed. The door doesn't open or close properly. I was told that someone would come out and fix the door. Today, 11/6/19 I was expecting someone between 8AM and Noon. At 1204. I called and left a message wondering what was going on. At 1206 I received a call from the installer telling me he was running late but would be there in an hour. I called back at 225PM left a second message and received no call back and no show. Horrible customer service. I will start shopping at Lowes from now on

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never in my life step foot in a home depot ever again! They were supposed to install my carpet today they sent some hung over high person to do the job he got mad about a small 20th inch long closet not being on the paperwork and threw his hands in the air and left with without doing any of my carpet "because he doesn't have time for this!" and refused to come back and home depot pretty much says well we don

I recently had a free consultation for window installation from this location, and would not recommend them to install windows. The free consultation was high pressure and there weren't as many options as purchasing from a window company (I wanted half screens and they weren't available) I ended up going with a highly rated local company and the price ended up being 20% cheaper even after a HD 15% off deal.
