The store had what I was looking for but the customer service was terrible. I was pointed in the wrong direction several times, workers were all in one place talking ignoring customers, and at the end of the endeavor, the self check out machine started beeping loudly announcing that a employee was needed so we waited. And waited. Several employees passed by until finally 10 minutes passed and someone came.I usually love Home Depot but this was not a good time.

Zero customer service. Waited thirty minutes, talked to 3 associates in person and then called the store to have someone unlock a cage to purchase a pressure washer. No one responded. When I let the "customer service rep", who I asked previously to help know that I was leaving after waiting thirty minutes, she rolled her eyes and turned her back to ignore me. Last time her for me and my company. No excuse.

Visited this store last week to look at lawn mowers. The aisle that was marked as lawn equipment had none. After looking around and finally finding the correct aisle, I tried to find someone to help me. There was a man standing in the same aisle, a male employee asked him if he needed help and proceeded to help the man. Male employee then walked away. I've discovered that apparently you need male body parts in order to get any help in this store. So miffed I may never return!

Horrible curbside pick up! I had to go inside to pick up order. After 30 minutes of total waiting part of my order was missing. I had to go back in the store and the associate had to go grab the order off of the shelf. I will never do curbside pickup again. Poor service! Shameful home depot!

Good store super staff generally well stocked & tidy. Makes Weat Cola Lowe’s (not the Lowe’s on Harbison) look like a dump.

Rented a log splitter today for 24 hrs and it broke 1 hr into usage. They gave back the deposit but kept the entire rental cost. DO NOT RENT FROM HOME DEPOT!!!

I rented a 50 ft boom lift from this store. Within 25 mins of using it I noticed I could not get the machine to lift more that 20-30 ft. It was struggling like the battery was dying. I called the store and spoke with SUMMER who was a little abrasive about it on the phone but explained I had to plug it in to recharge the battery. So I left it plugged in all night long. Next morning with 20-30 mins the boom again would not lift up pass 20-30 ft. Seemed like the battery was already dying. I called the store again and spoke to a man who said I'm sorry we have gotten lots of complaints about this machine and it needs a new battery. He said we should not have rented this machine to you and that I can bring it back to get a full refund. So I brought it back and met good old SUMMER. She was rude from the second I walk into the rental space. She told me the battery was brand new and that what the other guy told me was not true. She had no compassion about the time, energy or money I just wasted. She was unprofessional and clearly had no customer service skills. The fact that there is a very similar complaint about SUMMER two months ago just wants me to say shame on you Home Depot. As for my refund they gave me 100 dollars off, because they said there tech said it was working. I can guarantee the next person to rent this machine is going to call in with the exact same compliant. I even had a buddy of mine who works for Home Depot Pro help me with this project and can verify everything I am saying is true. The manager did not want to talk to him. I have no idea what I could have said or done differently to try and prevent Home Depot from renting out this machine again. I am a licensed home builder and have used these machines in the past so it was not user error. I feel bad for the next guy. Maybe home depot will start listening to their customers. I will not ever come to this store again.

Everyone is always very helpful and kind. Cashiers are very friendly. Nancy in paint was a lifesaver and helped us a ton, she definitely knows her stuff.

Your employee by the name of SUMMER was working the customer service desk when I came in over the weekend and I waited behind a gentleman who was making a return and I noticed her facial expressions, tone of voice and vocabulary was very abrasive towards him. When it was my turn she treated me the exact same. I’ve never seen expressions of disgust and experienced such short temperament. I was there to speak with management about missing parts on a very expensive, large tool chest that was delivered a few days prior. The manager I spoke with was Brent. I mentioned that I’ve never experienced such poor service and bad attitude from your store and I mentioned it was SUMMER that I was referring to. He literally said nothing in response to my comment and continued the conversation about the tool chest parts. Today is the following Monday after the experience and there were four very nice ladies working at the customer service desk. I asked if I was the only person who expressed distain about an experience with SUMMER. They commented that I wasn’t and it has been brought to the management team before. Two managers came up with my parts that were missing and gave them to me. The ladies at customer service said “we have a customer complaint” Brent (manager) said “who?” And they all said together “SUMMER” and his response was “I’ll talk to her.” I hope to discuss this with a district manager soon as I’m not the only person who has spoken out about a poor experience with SUMMER and it’s obviously falling on deaf ears. Please consider reaching out to me to let me know you’re interested in treating customers better than this and if not, I’ll be happy to speak with your CFO in April as we have a mutual event we will be will be attending again together. I can’t understand why attitude like SUMMER has is an acceptable way to treat your customers. I shop at this store quite regularly and would love to see friendly staff like I always have up until now. I’ll be emailing this exact script over to corporate today and hope to hear that SUMMER has a different position rather than a customer facing one as she cannot provide the level of service your customers have been accustomed to. Thank you for your time.

Absolutely awesome experience stopping at this location. Customer service at its best. I stopped in while visiting in the area and looking for a specific Halloween decoration. The staff went above and beyond to locate my item and help me get it in my small vehicle for transport back to Charleston. I never felt like I was bothering them as they genuinely wanted to help me get my item. I missed the name of the lady that was setting up the Halloween section but she stepped in and was awesome to work with I greatly appreciate it. I also have to recognize Rachel for thinking of the idea of breaking everything down to fit in my car, Nancy with securing my checkout, and Mike for dealing with the heat to make sure everything got in my cat securely and safely for my drive back home. Thanks again for the great service and experience.
