Nice & clean. The restrooms were very clean. My go to home supply one stop shop. Couldn't find a product that said they had so they gave us the next model up for the price we expected to pay for the previous item. They offered it, we didn't even ask.

home depot service typed the wrong phone number into the delivery service and they couldn't call me when delivering so they cancelled it. I called immediately but they would not turn around. very poor service on the day before Christmas.

They have very cheap Christmas trees, and they have good ones too. They are only looking to help you with getting the tree and will do whatever they can for your convenience. Very nice.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING FOR DELIEVERY. I ordered a few items for delievery to my house. Their delievery service is through a second hand service. (Sparks) The delievery driver couldn’t find my address (I’ve never had an issue receiving packages to this address) and instead of calling me, they sent it back to the store. I had no idea what was going on with my package so I calledHome Depot and several other numbers to try to figure what was going on with my order and every person I Called referred me to another number. Finally I found out it was sent back so I asked for a refund. I was told I would have to come to the store to either receive my refund or pickup my items even though I ordered online with my card. The reason I ordered online was because the store is quite aways from my house and I don’t have much time to get out that way. I don’t like leaving negative reviews and I like purchasing through Home Depot but this experience was aggravating.

Maybe I'm being overly critical. But if I order something for curbside pickup, and I check-in for curbside pickup, I shouldn't have to go in to remind them that I'm there after 25 minutes of waiting with no contact (because they wouldn't answer the phone), then get told to pull up to the loading zone, only to wait another 25 minutes then finally an employee comes out and notices I look frustrated (because again, they werent answering their phone) and asked what I was waiting on. She was the only helpful person during this experience (and unfortunately I failed to catch her name). She tracked down the person that was supposedly bringing out my order, who apparently forgot what he was doing. Then directed me to the right area for them to load it in, and I still had to wait another 30 minutes before they even got my order to me because there was a "mixup" and my order got put back on the shelf ? I don't have time to be waiting nearly an hour and a half for something that should have taken 15 minutes. That's the whole point of curbside pickup, so it can be prepared ahead of time and ready to go for those that have a busy schedule.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I’m literally sitting outside right now, I checked in for my curbside pick up nearly an hour ago. It’s like they’re playing chicken with me to see who’s going to give up first. For reasons, I don’t wish to disclose I cannot leave my car to go inside. I chose curbside for the convenience but clearly this store lacks any form of customer service. I’m highly disappointed as I frequent this store.DO NOT SHOP HERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We were shopping for patio furniture and were helped by Emma and Anthony. They were awesome! Very helpful and genuine. Anthony was multi-tasking making sure everyone was taken care of with out neglecting anyone. Emma helped load the furniture with no worries! Thanks guys! Russell and Wendy :) :)

I have frequently went to home Depot for home projects. Today I had to return an item is was out a huge Item but I knew it was like $15 for the two items. I did not have the receipt but figured ot was put on my card or business card (I was wrong) only to find out that if the return without a receipt they only give you the lowest price they have ever sold the item. (Not 90 days EVER like 1996 prices) this is absolutely crazy way to make a buck! We will never go back just because that is wrong people do lose receipts in this case we did realize we used a gift card that is why it didn't come up in system. But I just feel this is horrible customer service.

This store never disappoints when I have no idea about what products will fix a yard or home improvement problem.I am not a Pinterest girl so real people with real advice is my thing.If it’s your thing too. Use the experts that are typically on hand.

I ordered a lawn tractor for scheduled delivery and received confirmation. 12 hours before delivery they called to say they could not deliver for 10 more days. They expected me to acquiesce and accept this because they "didn't have a truck to deliver it". After pressing they refunded my money but not the warranty. Is the real reason could not deliver because they sold the product I bought to someone else? Why cant they refund the warranty. These guys are crooks! Stay away and don't patronize them.

Hard to get someone to help you in store. Ordered on app for pickup. Items that were given at we're damaged. Not any better than going into store and doing it myself.

I've been walking through the flooring department for roughly 30 min and the only employee here is on the phone. I've asked for help but they're obviously too busy, I'm going to take my buisness to lowes.
