Literally just order from the online store cause this is the smallest store with the smallest, worst inventory I have ever seen. The things they do have are just cringey, why are they even here at this point. A couple of workers there, but definitely not working or even saying a simple greeting

This is my favorite store in the entire mall! Great high quality stuff and at affordable prices. The staff also so nice so if you want cute jewelry or alt clothing definitely go to hot topic

I had a horrible experience! Staff was rude and ignored me the entire time I was in there! I wanted something out of the jewelry case but the staff was just talking to each other and never even looked my way! I will not be returning.

I have two teenagers who like the merchandise sold here. I'm sure it wouldn't appeal to everyone,but a great resource for certain types of products. It was busy this visit.
