Never returning to this location. Spent time and gas to get my taxes done, only for them to pressure me into doing my own taxes myself. I've never been told by a business to not spend money there. I was talking to an older gentleman when the other lady in the office chimed in about me saving my money and doing the taxes myself.. Felt violated because she was not the one I was talking to. I'm sure they meant well but made it seem like they didn't want my business or to do their job. I will not be responding if anyone tries to review this comment.

Terrible experience. Woman I was set up with didn’t look like she knew what she was doing and kept changing numbers. Then tried to tell me I wasn’t getting a return back over a 1400$ 1099, when I had 4 other jobs as well. Never going back to HR block.

My tax professional, Mrs. Rosa Dow- Goins was very helpful and explained what she was doing at each step to ensure I got the most money back since it was my first time filing. It may have costed less at a different place or doing it online, but I prefer being there in person and knowing it is done right. Going back again next year.
