Customer service was excellent picked up beds at loading dock. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Other companies could learn from there customer services.

I set my portrait appointment for 6:45pm (12/11/23) when I arrived at 6:40pm I was greeted and I was told that there was 1 family ahead of mine and the session would last 15 minutes. The male photographer started on the family at 6:45 so I expected the session to be over by 7:00pm. Boy was I wrong! I checked the time because my toddler started crying and getting anxious it was 7:20pm. The male photographer asked the family was there any other photos they wanted that he did not get! The session did not end until 7:30pm. So you know what that meant for me? I was rushed through my session because the store closing at 8pm but I could have easily been finished and walking out the door by 7:45 had the male photographer did a 15 minute session that the young lady said it would only take when we arrived! The male photographer had an attitude with the young lady who did my family’s photos and he was rushing her to hurry up and wrap up with our session. I barely had any time to review the photos because he (the male photographer) kept blurting out “because we’re closed”. As if he didn’t take up nearly an hour on the family in front of us. I’ve been here to get photos done at least 3 times in the past 2 years and never had this happen. I’m extremely upset because I felt discriminated against and like the persons ahead of me were superior because they were of a different race than me. I may even consult with my attorney regarding this matter because that should not have been my experience!

DON'T TRUST JCPENNEY for Christmas shopping!As you can see below JCPenney left a note asking me to call them so I called the 800 number I got through the customer service and I told them what the situation was and they told me they didn't know why I was calling and there was nothing they could do. Why in the world would you put the note on here if you're not going to do anything. I'm deeply disappointed in you. JCPenneys!!!!!I trusted JCPenney and they screwed me. I placed an order and I called and spoke to their customer service rep to make sure that they had the right shipping address and the right billing address. The order was supposed to be here today. Wasn't here yet so I checked to see what was going on and the order was canceled. So I called to ask why was my order canceled? It turned out they had a question on the shipping address and just canceled the order without calling me or texting me or emailing me and I had all my information. I trusted them and they screwed me.

Shipping for online orders is horrible. JCPenny does not show detailed shipping dates on items. I have received 2 items of my 14+ items ordered and each shipped separately. Nothing has arrived on schedule day and I am unsure when the rest of my order will arrive. It is a inconvenience.

Hi my name is Anthony me and my fiance Ms Janice had come to this location and received nothing but the best customer service from Ms Julie she always assisted us evertime we arrived she was very warm and curtious to us evertime we've come there. We highly recommend her for all your needs when you come there thank you Julie.

DO NOT USE JC PENNEY OR SYNCHRONY BANK FOR ANYTHING. CONSUMER BEWARE!Found an item on a mannequin I was interested in getting. Finally found a sales associate to ask where in the store the item was located. Was told they never had any of the item in the store and didn't know why they were only sent 1 item to display. Tried to check out with other purchases and was told my JC Penny card had been closed due to not using it enough. No notice- email or by mail that it was being closed. When I called customer service, was told the system generates that and they have no control over it. So JCP customer service blames the "system" then why doesn't the "system" notify you when they plan to close your account. Asked to speak to a manager, transferred to Synchrony Bank that handles multiple different store cards. Only thing they kept repeating was that the bank has the right to cancel a credit card at any time but would reopen one for me. No Thanks, I already had one, stop screwing with my credit!

It's not the season to shop for white. Why does it have to have a season anyway? Shouldn't I be able to wear what color I want when I want and stores should always have all colors.

I visited the jewelry counter today. I am a credit card holder/ rewards member with JCP. I have been helped by the jewelry counter several times and most experiences have been pleasant. Today I encountered Juanita, horrible experience. Before I spoke to her I observed how she serviced an elderly cust. Juanita was being short and rude to her. I asked Juanita if I should come closer to her to explain my situation. Juanita replied I can hear you. While waiting Juanita was harsh in the way she treated the elderly customer . She ignored the cust speaking to her several times. The cust asked her was the jewelry gold-silver. Juanita told her there was no such thing in a rude tone. The lady inquired about another jewelry item. Juanita displaying that she was annoyed said to the lady , I don’t understand why you can’t tell me what you’re looking for. Needless to go into my encounter, however very unpleasant as well. I have called several times to speak to a manager regarding this employee but no department will answer the phone. **** update . I was able to get a manager, Casey on the phone who was very pleasant and listened to my experience. She also apologized for the employees actions. I’m going to update my initial rating to 3 stars bc I have never reviewed Ms. Melony in the jewelry area but she has serviced me several times and my experiences with her has always been pleasant. She also helps you when you can’t make up your mind. If you are going to JCP jewelry ask for Ms. Mel.

Please do not try to pick up your items at the curbside because the manager with her nasty attitude will not come out definitely not a great experience a lot of lazy people in the store I had a white lady at the customer service hang up on me three times and when I go in to speak to the manager who supposed to bring my order out she's standing around talking so everybody's just getting paid to stand around and talk not a great experience worst customer experience that I've experienced in a long time I definitely will be going to the one and Sandhill from here on out to pick up any orders that I have and the fact that the curbside is a sign on a pole where you can't even Park is ridiculous it's the most ghetto thing I've ever seen in my life

Lady at the jewelry counter wasn't knowledable and had an attitude about return policy. I'm glad that I asked to see a manager. She took care of me.

Love the store wish they would put a sign up for Salon entrance. I know this would help us older people that use the Salon.
