Bought my Sorento 3 months ago and couldn’t be happier. I was able to take advantage of their flexible down payment and just had a $5 oil change which I get throughout the loan which will save me tons of money and keep it running right. Plus if something does go wrong I have a great warranty. I highly recommend Byrider if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Heard great things about this place but was extremely disappointed. Was approved for purchase but was short on the down payment required. After achieving the down-payment I called the salesman (I'll be nice and not blast his name which is way more respectful than the way I was done) and told him I was coming and he assured me there were vehicles available and even called him again before I left my house and was once again assured there were vehicles available but when I arrived I found out there was absolutely nothing available because He didn't bother checking and all I got was a "sorry" from him !nd the manager just walked away and left the premises. What a joke. It wasted my time and the time of the people that brought me. Absolutely pathetic and I do not recommend this place to anybody.

Drove 2hrs after getting approved and down payment in hand. We were told they had 4-5 vehicles to pick from. Told us to come today and pick which vehicle we preferred. Upon arrival we were told they didn’t have any vehicles available when we just called again this morning to verify before making the drive. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!

Where to start! I called for repairs after my car was vandalized and someone tried to steal it. I thought because I got my car from them and still making payments it was the best option. Car was not towed on the agreed day. Car towed on 8/17. The whole time I'm in constant communication with Xavier regarding repairs and Timelines. On 9/5 I'm told all they have to do is program my key which would be done the following day. I call the next day expecting to pick up my car. I am then told by the manager they don't start work until they recieve payment. At that point my car has been there FOR 20 DAYS!!!!! Nobody ever said that which I would have gladly brought payment WHENEVER!!! The manager then says My car will be ready Friday. I call Friday. I'm then told it won't be ready till Monday. I get a missed call from them Monday. I call Back several times and nobody answers the phone. I call back Tuesday morning expecting my car is ready. Now it's Tuesday. This service department is a Joke! Incompetent!I think it's funny if your literary a day late with a payment they wanna reposes your car. But they don't want to be held accountable for gross customer service and negligence. I would never get a car from these people again and I will urge my family and friends to stay clear of this place!!!!

Awesome experience!!! I worked with a young man I believe by the name of Mitchell. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. Came in looking for something for the wife and he helped me narrow down my options without any pressure into buying! Great customer service!! Thumbs up!! I will definitely be back to personally work with him in the very near future!

Had a starter go out on our vehicle… called and they came right out… only problem was we were being told every single day it will be done tomorrow, oh give us a few hours… 7 days later we are still getting attitudes from the sales people and mechanic shop… would not recommend unless you have a spare vehicle……Update!!!!! So they fixed the starter made it about 15 mins down the road they forgot to hook the battery back up which in turn ruined the charging system and fried wires…. 15 straight days without the car and they still expect a payment after they made a mistake…. 100% would not recommend this place… the attitudes are getting worse with the employees cause we need our car… we have gotten the better business bureau involved now. Will update on that as soon as possible.

I would like to share; During my visit to your location, I had the pleasure of interacting with Crystal, a young lady who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all my queries and provided me with informative insights. Despite my indecisiveness, she treated me with the utmost respect and didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time, unlike another salesperson I had encountered earlier. Crystal is undoubtedly an invaluable asset to your establishment, and I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to her for sharing her wisdom and honesty with me. I plan to stay in touch with her regarding a purchase in the near future.

When I first got there and told them I had an appointment with crystal I sat in the lobby for almost 30-45 minutes…she was helping someone when I got there so no biggie! And it was almost near closing time. The service was nice just not 2 hours worth of waiting and not being shown any vehicles within my price range. $1000 down I will definitely be back.

Bought a 2013 dodge Durango from them and paying 385 every two weeks. Haven’t even had the car for a whole month and my air is out . I have a toddler and soon to be infant . This is crazy. Would recommend another car place. I don’t even want to take it to their service department because I have a feeling they’ll mess it up even more.
