If You want the best appliance, customer service and installation then you must go to Jeffers McGill! DO NOT GO TO Lowes!!!! I went to Lowes, ordered my dishwasher, called 2 weeks later to find out they had lost my order! I then called Jeffers McGill and had my new dishwasher installed 3 days later!!!! They are unbelievable!!!!

If you use this company please stay away from David Caton. Very disrespectful and rude to me and my wife. He was great starting out. We spent $25,000 on appliances with them, it went south from there. Our next purchase will not be with this company. He was very unprofessional and the company was not willing to understand our frustrations.

Absolutely the worst appliance purchase experience. After receiving damaged appliance it took repeated phone calls to get replacement and then was given the wrong model. Then another round of repeated phone calls had to be made to get the right model. The lack of customer care and concern by the owners is unbelievable. Our purchase was almost $2,000 but even if it had been $100 or $10,000, quality service should be the same. We had planned on purchasing the matching refrigerator butWon’t buy from here again.

I went to Jeffers McGill after my step sister spoke so highly of the customer service they received.We were building a new home and needed all new appliances.The owner in the beginning was extremely helpful and nice as to showing us around and explaining each appliance and making suggestions.We went with his advice.We purchased over 10,000 dollars in all with everything.I had problems day one with the washer or dryer .At the time all I knew was holes were appearing in all my clothes.I called multiple times and spoke to both owners.They listen but all they would do is send out Sloan Appliance . That was a nightmare.They came and looked and saw nothing.This went on over 5 months.The store just handed me over to take care of it myself.I was so disappointed that they never followed up or tried to switch out another set of appliances since these were new and were recommended by them .So today I'm still stuck with faulty appliances and no one from the company has ever called to see if they were fixed .Next time I will buy from Lowe's like I have in the past and never had an issues.

It is really great to deal with a true local business. I found myself in need of a refrigerator. Jeffers McGill appliance was suggested by the technician who serviced my refrigerator. Being local I have heard of Jeffers McGill and had bought appliances from them many years ago ( been around for years). Yes the service was great, the delivery team was professional and I was happy.I wanted to say thank you to Jeffers McGill for being professionals..

Ownership does not take responsibility for faulty appliances for which they were paid. It is now between the manufacturer and me, and that is not going well.

I ordered a Bosch refrigerator in October with the knowledge it was on order and to expect it in December. December came and went and didn't hear anything. In Jan started calling, couldn't reach anyone and left several voicemails for Nick. Never received a return phone call. My husband finally got in touch to be told to expect the fridge at the end of Jan. Jan came and went and half way into Feb I started trying to call again to get status. I can never reach anyone by phone, or even after leaving several voicemails for Nick, I can't get a phone call back on the status of my refrigerator. My husband and I finally decided to show up on Saturday Feb 25, 2023 to find out what was going on. We were told they were expecting a truck on Friday and we would get a call. Here is it Monday the 6th and I called, got a receptionist who couldn't help me. Tried to call back again, get no answer and put to leave yet another voicemail. I understand waiting on the Fridge, what I don't understand is the lack of communication and the not returning the phone calls.I updated my review to include the service that was given after being contacted and delivery of the fridge!

I'm very impressed with these guys. Highly recommend! Ryan in sales was very helpful in walking through options that met my needs perfectly. There are no junk fees or hidden charges...it's just the price of the appliance plus tax. To top it off, Keith and Jawan who installed my new range and fridge, were top notch! They communicated well, were on time, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate a super-tricky installation.

We are VERY HAPPY with our experience!!!We had originally purchased a washer/dryer set at Lowe's, but they had cancelled our order without informing us after we had waiting 10 days for delivery. As soon as we left Lowe's, with no washer/dryer, we went to Jeffers McGill to see what they had. We were met by Nick McGill who helped us to pick out a washer/dryer set that they had in stock and arranged for delivery in two days. Nick took $100 off the washer price and $100 off the dryer price, delivery, accessories, and removal of our old set were included in the price too. We saved over $400 on the set at Jeffers McGill compared to the set at Lowe's and the set was better than the one at Lowe's. The delivery was about an hour earlier than we were told and the guys did a great job of getting our old washer and dryer out and installing the new set. We highly recommend using Jeffers McGill for any appliance need.

If you want customer service, these are not your people! Went to showroom, made selections and came home to measure. Called to place order and pay and after three attempts and three weeks receive emails from the sales guy and John McGill that they are just too busy to respond. They couldn’t even call knowing we were not happy with the lack of response. Terrible customer service!

My wife and I were in the market for a new dishwasher and I told her I wanted to support a local business rather than deal with a big box store, as I have always had bad experiences there. Nick at Jeffers McGill was able to help us get a dishwasher in the exact model that we wanted. He was incredibly nice and the buying process was a breeze. We will definitely be using them for all of our future appliances.

I will never go to a big box store again. I renovated my new home and bought 5 new appliances. Barry B. was so helpful and knowledgeable. He responded to every email and phone call so promptly. When I recently had a warranty issue Barry helped me set up an appointment with the warranty tech. I am a client for life!
