The Service Center at AutoNation was fast, easy, and I was treated with respect and amazing customer service. I'm glad that I made an easy appointment online with them, and I had absolutely no issues! I would recommend it, especially if you have the time to wait in their waiting area.

I gave this rating because their communication is weak and service is slow. I made an appointment dropped my car off. My car was there for three days. No one called me to give an update. I had trouble getting through when I called them. Finally I got through and I was told my car had not even been placed on the diagnostic machine. The nicest person there who communicates well is the driver that transports you home. I went and picked my car up. I was driving a rental car not insurance related.

I had a great experience buying a new Ioniq 6 from this dealership. Vyus Fuller was my sales rep.I've never been in and out so quickly trading in a vehicle and driving out with a new one. This is especially impressive since I came in at almost 6pm on a weekday night. I driving away in a new car at around 7:30.Vyus was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my MANY questions (this was my first EV and I didn't know much about it). He stayed in contact after the sale to make sure everything was good.Some of the reviews here of the service department worry me. I reckon I'll see how that goes when the time comes.All in all, I've bought more than a few cars from various dealerships, and this was probably the best experience I've had. 5 stars, well earned.

What a very clean and beautiful dealership! This experience was one of my better car buying experiences! my salesman took me on a test drive, and I immediately fell in love with a vehicle that I chose. he explained every feature and showed me how everything worked. The paperwork was easy one of the most noted things that I need to mention was when I was with the finance manager he actually saved me money on my car payment by not adding a theft protection, he also got into extreme detail about the maintenance and what was covered under the warranty and he made it very easy to understand

Holly was my representative and she did an amazing job! She was professional, courteous, and responsive. Holly deserves all the possible accolades she can get! I have dealt with a lot of representatives and she is the best of the best! She gets 5 stars, but this Hyundai location gets 4. See below for why:I was told when I first arrived that I would have to leave my car in the lot up to 5-7 days before it would get serviced (despite scheduling in advance the week before to drop my car off). I explained that my car was drivable, and that I could not go that long without a car. I offered to bring it back on the day it could be serviced. I was told that my car had to remain on the lot in order to be queued for service. I was told by Holly that unfortunately due to how busy they were that was the best they could do. It was only after I indicated that I would leave my car that morning and perhaps pick it up that afternoon if it wasn’t looked at, that the tune changed. She double checked with, who I assume, was a manager and all of a sudden my car was able to be looked at and serviced same day. The speed and service was next level, I was very impressed!However, the reason I am leaving a 4 star review is because I left with the feeling that if I did not push for it, I could still be waiting for my car to be serviced without accommodations for transportation. I understand that sometimes jobs go long, but scheduling an appointment for a specific day, then initially being told that your car has to sit on their lot for up to a week makes me believe that scheduling procedures should be reviewed. It’s unfair to put customers in the position of getting their car serviced or going without transportation for that long.

I went up there to autonation strictly to see what I’d like for next month however I had two great gentleman that really worked wonders for me and got me into a car that I am in absolute love with. Jesse was one of the gentleman that helped me. They really made me feel like family and gave me great advice on things besides the car and that made my buying experience all the more worth it and better. I’m happy I went to them.

My experience with the Service Manager (Randall) was the most unprofessional experience with anyone I have encountered at the dealership. I went for a diagnostic test and came out with parts loose and missing. Got a second opinion and the pictures attached is what was found. I returned the car with what was found. He was rude from the start of our interaction; asking what you need. It went downhill from there: from throwing the invoice back at me, telling me they are not fixing it, and then telling me “You People” with very Racist undertone. Which was repeated several times. I ask to speak to his manager his response was he doesn’t have a manager. Autonation has a RACIST SERVICE MANAGER and he needs customer service training.

I brought my Hyundai there for them to diagnose a problem, the service lady said I had to leave it at least 7 days before they would start in it. I asked what if I had an appointment, she said appointment was only for a time to drop it off and would still have to leave it at least 7 days before they would start on it. I bought the car there, this is the service they provide. This is a great reason NOT to buy any vehicle from them. I called another dealer, they said they would start on it within an hour, so I took it there.

Bought an 2023 IONIQ 6 SEL and a 2023 Tuscon Limited. Great experience overall. Really appreciated Tylor, our sales associate. Had a little bit of issue with the sales manager getting particular about the specifics of a promotion (seemed especially avoidable since we were buying over $80k of cars on a single trip and were asking about an advertised $2,500 promo) but we were able to work it out and are very happy with what we bought. Post-sales support has been great as well, Tylor has continued to check in and jumps right up when I walk in for the few follow up things I've needed. Liked the dealership, loved Tylor, highly recommended. Also had great experiences with Jessie, Nolan, and the finance manager whose name unfortunately escapes me at the moment.

Very busy folks. We dropped off a car on Saturday after close of business and they needed until Weds AM to look at it . Once it was in the queue things went very smoothly. Folks at the service desk were responsive and helpful. Service man Jackson was informative and got things handled efficiently.

My son took his 2013 Sonata to be serviced for Recall 227. He got signed in and found a spot in the waiting area. He said the area was spacious and the chair was comfortable. His appointment was at 10:45 and not knowing how long he would be there, he had packed a small cooler with a sandwich and a few snacks. His only complaint was that there was no microwave to heat up his sandwich and raw fries. His whole time on site was about an hour and 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend this dealer for service as we have had other vehicles here before and have never had any issues.

The new car buying experience was wonderful. Everyone involved was so patient and explained everything in detail several times over. I knew for sure that I was getting a fair deal. If your in the market for a vehicle give this place a look. You will be very pleased that you did.
