Somehow managed to mess up the simplest order of a slim 6 and Turkey, bacon, cheese. Of course they still charged in full. Go to a different location.

should be ashamed to be a part of the jimmy Johns franchise. took over 15 minutes after I ordered and they kept doing mobile orders ahead of mine at the slowest pace possible. had to leave before I got my food and when I asked they were rude and refused to give me my money back. Will never return to this place.

The music in the store was enjoyable and Jimmy John is a place I would recommend but, it all depends on your taste buds.

If you order from this store on Uber eats there is no guarantee they can fulfill your order. So when the store cancels your order Uber eats will keep your money. Seems like a huge scam to rob people. Jimmy John's should be holding Uber eats accountable and not making customers jump through hoops. I feel as if I have been robbed.

Highly disappointed with this location's service after a contactless payment processed without the approval of the tip. When the store was called about the payment adjustment, there was no consideration that the card reader could have processed this when tapped with the card. Further, the associate told my supervisor the error was on me. I am a very honest individual and was floored by this accusation. We will be taking our business elsewhere and weigh the other locations in the area before returning. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS.

As always the subs are good. But the attitude from the short black woman is enough for me not to come back. Don't know if she's a manager, but she shouldn't be. I'd get rid of her if she is turning away customers. I asked for tea when it was empty and she gets this huffy attitude, slamming things and then reamed out the employee who helped me get my tea. This attitude is common along Garner's Ferry because they hire most of the same people. Almost better to eat at home. I don't want attitude with my dinner, that is way over priced at almost $20!
