The quality of work done to my car so far appears to be good. The end doesn’t entirely justify the means. If you are a Tesla owner be super vigilant with your battery life because they are not. Car given to them with 95% charge on a Wednesday. The following Tuesday the car never moved and I called to ask what was going on. I was told the bumper they ordered for my car was damaged so they had to wait for another one. No proactive communication whatsoever. Next.. I continue to watch over days as my battery dwindles to 20’s. I emailed the contact person and asked what the plan was to charge my car while it was in their possession. No response. I call on a Friday and say please charge my car… I was promised it would be connected to charge by EOD. It was not. Monday am it was down to 6% when I called again first thing and explained the person didn’t follow through.. then they finally charged it. It was amazing to me the change in tone the day they called saying my car was finished… “thanks for being patient with us also we’d like to ask that you give us a 10 on the survey you’ll be getting… if you can’t give us a 10 please tell us what we can do better.”No shock they didn’t send me a survey.They did good work and I don’t knock that but they were always happy to give some excuse for why they didn’t do what they said they would when they said the would, or return a call or email. “I have 22 cars on the lot.” GREAT but the only one I care about is mine. If I had to do it again I would probably go directly through Tesla so I wouldn’t have to be so concerned about someone remembering my battery. Also the fact it sat an entire week with no communication where I could have still been driving it and saving on a rental was very irresponsible. It was already a stressful process and they did nothing to alleviate that.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have over 15 years in the automotive industry. The woman at the desk right as you walk in the door is incredibly rude. She was rude to me and other customers I saw her interact with while I was waiting for a rental. When she called me to set up my appointment you can just hear it in her voice that she would literally rather be doing anything else than her job. I took my vehicle there because it was a "preferred" shop by my insurance company. Everything was fine until I picked up my vehicle and when they pulled it around I discovered they replaced my headlight assembly with a junkyard headlight. Keep in my a "re-manufactured" was on the final invoice. Re-manufactured means it was gone through and reconditioned. There was no reconditioning they just slapped on a used and in worse shape headlight than what came off. It was more yellow and foggy than the one that came off of it. I had to call my insurance company to get them to replace it with a new headlight assembly causing me to bring it back a second time. Then about a week later I went to use my windshield washer sprayer, come to find out they replaced the washer bottle and never filled it back up with washer fluid. Clearly quality control is more than lacking at this body shop. I won't recommend or ever bring my car back to this shop.Services: Auto body & trim repair

They were professional, courteous and timely. I do think they are a little pricey so I am thankful for insurance.All in all they did an amazing job on my vehicle. It made it seamless.

I selected this shop based on the quality reviews. Was assured daily updates, but missing a Friday message is not good customer support when the business is closed on the weekend. Also, received too maybe completion estimates which were extended the day of. The staff is very pleasant but you cannot depend on any given information. So my experience was not good at all. Why give a one-week completion date and continue to move it a day at a time? There are supply chain issues but gauging the in-shop work better is needed.

These crew was great! I travel a lot so and often find it difficult to coordinate repairs and appointments like this, but these guys made it so easy. They were both flexible and prepared, and although I hope to not require the services of a body shop any time in the near future, they'll be the first I'll call if I do.Service: Painting
