Went above and beyond, not only was I able to get a great 18” sterling silver necklace to put my dad’s pendant on and HUGE thanks and shout out to Bryce and Alexis for cleaning and polishing my pendant making it look brand new. Gained a customer for life!!

I went to the Kay Jewelers in Rose Wood Commons and I had a wonderful experience with the sales representative James. He helped with my ring resizing and reassured me about concerns I had with my gen stone. I will always be coming to him from now on when it comes to all jewelry needs. He deserves a raise. Wonderful customer service, attentiveness and professionalism.

DO NOT purchase jewelry from Kay’s. I paid nearly $10,000 for a custom set of rings and I’ve since learned from several unrelated jewelers that my rings are worthless. So worthless that they wouldn’t even make an offer to purchase the rings off of me.You heard right. Even the metal itself has no value to them because it’s so lightweight. The “diamonds” apparently are also worthless to them and hold no value. I went to several respected and even hole in the wall jewelers, and they all said the same thing. They all apologized and felt bad but said it’s the truth.On top of that, I had my Kay’s credit card for several years and there is no balance on it. Yet the bank they use cancelled my card because my credit score temporarily dropped during a catastrophic personal issue I was dealing with. This led to my credit score dropping more because now it showed I had less lines of credit and less available credit.

Do not under any circumstances bring your repairs to this location. Terrible customer service. My ring could not be repaired and I called twice to get an update. No one contacted me to give an update on the status, even though the two ppl there that took the order were so full of hype about how the ring would look so good once repaired. A second ring had to be returned for more work and I asked that it be mailed to me. Brice assured me he would contact me and he did not. I called a second time and was told it was mailed and I would get it tomorrow.I am beyond dissatisfied and find the poor customer service deplorable.

Big thanks to Adam for saving me time and helping me with my jewelry inspection and cleaning. First time I had been to that Kay's and he was so nice and made me feel welcomed. I had called first, and he was so pleasant and told me to "come on" and he would take care of what I needed.
