Absolutely horrible, 1 star is too much! The service was so atrocious and the service manager non-responsive the entire time we owned the vehicle. Although we love the vehicle, the service was so atrocious that we ended up selling our vehicle and replacing it with another brand that has a more reliable service experience and better service employees. Until and/or unless the Columbia area dealership improves their entire ownership experience they have lost a customer indefinitely!

Fantastic experience! I couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle and the service provided by Jaguar Land Rover Columbia. From my initial contact to driving off of the lot, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. Our sales advisor, Juan, was knowledgeable, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Best of all, they are just good people at Jaguar Land Rover Columbia.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Absolute worst car buying experience of my life. They are SHADY and pushy at every possible turn. Don’t expect any type of customer service when you purchase a vehicle from them, once they’ve made their money they do not care about anything and are absolutely unhelpful. I will NEVER buy another Land Rover from here or anywhere else.

Good group of people but service is slow as a turtle with 4 broke legs...got to do better guys.10-4-23 update....service still sub standard. Why would anyone pay this much for a vehicle you can't get serviced. About to sale my Range Rover and try another brand.

Darryl Cruel and Blake were both great to work with. Patient but also followed up, didn't feel pressure. Darryl was very informative and answered the questions my wife and I had in an easy to understand way (a few were technical). He is very knowledgeable and really knows vehicles, finance process and was overall a great guy to work with.

I had a great experience! Mr. Juan took care of me and was patient. He was very caring to me and my grandfather. He has great communication skills. If you are looking for a car dealership definitely come here the environment is very warming.

If I could give zero stars I would !! I took my vehicle in as there was a recall on it. When I picked it up I didn't even get two minutes from the dealership as I pulled into a nearby gas station . There was gasoline SPEWING from my truck! I was informed that they had installed something on my truck improperly and that's why GAS was SPEWING from my vehicle . When they finally delivered my vehicle back to my home it was returned without a gas cap. Not even a week later my truck started smoking while driving it. So they picked it up again and tell me I have SEVERAL gas leaks that have BEEN there. Absolutely nothing was wrong with my vehicle when I took it there . Nothing. I gave who said he is the owner (Steve Bell) the chance to fix my vehicle at no charge to me since their negligence could have KILLED me and he (in my opinion) very arrogantly declined . I told him that would be fine he could fix what was wrong and I would PAY for the repairs and see him in court on the negligence that caused the gas leak and then he refused to even fix the oil leak . He told me to "come get my vehicle " I didn't drive my vehicle to the dealership and I'm not driving it back to my home with it smoking . My advice is to BE WARE of this dealership and it's new owner !!! The negligence and the pure amount of unprofessionalism I have experienced is beyond frightening and could have been deadly!

I drove an hour to go to the service center only to find that it is closed on Saturdays now- however, Ashunti Sims was SO helpful and knowledgeable and friendly that I could not be upset. She answered my questions and assisted me with warranty information. She is a great employee!

We purchased a Evoque in July 22 as a celebration of me graduating and for our 25th anniversary. After a few weeks, I noticed some issues with the car. The service appointment was 3 months later in December. I was told that nothing was wrong with the car. The issues continued to progress so I made another service appointment. 3 months later, I was told today that there is a leaking valve in my coolant system and that my rotors were warped (so in 3 months my car went from fine to raggedy). I would avoid the brand altogether because I was told today that these issues are common on their cars and basically to shut up and take it. This is not a luxury brand, service is not top notch and I was treated differently as a black woman (I know the dealership is owned by a black man). I was told that there was no way to work my car in although I was getting several warning lights however when I was dropping my car off today a Caucasian woman was dropping her car off to be "worked in" and staff even promised to drop her off to her destination using her car.

Just purchased a used Audi Q5 from salesperson Darryl Cruel. Every part of the buying experience was excellent from start to finish. Darryl was knowledgeable and helpful while not being pushy or overly aggressive. Friendly and moved the process along quickly and transparently. Will be our preferred dealer moving forward.
