Lawrence, Dr. Abbasi and the young lady at the desk were INCREDIBLY kind, helpful, informative and accommodating.I came into the store and was greeted by Lawrence with a smiling face, friendly attitude and a personable greeting. He directed me to the young lady that helped me get checked in. We realized that I had accidentally selected the wrong day on my online check in, but they acted quick to accommodate me, even knowing that I was the one who selected the wrong date.In less than 5 minutes from checkin, I was already sitting in the chair getting my vision checked by the most friendly, compassionate and educational optician I’ve ever had. Dr. Abbasi made it a point to explain to me the process of examination, used visuals to educate me on my eye health, and made sure that I left with a better understanding.Every single person in that store went above and beyond, and left me with a smile on my face after something as mundane as an eye appointment. You guys are rockstars and deserve all the praise! Can’t wait to come back again. Thanks!

Very fast and efficient service with a smile! The doctor was great and Lawrence was a big help with picking out my frames. Very welcoming first time experience. I’m happy I have a new eye doctor and a go-to place for frames!

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by the staff, had an eye exam and ordered a couple pair of glasses. Brittany was integral in all of that. She greeted me when I arrived and she ended my visit with assisting me with the selecting and purchasing of new glasses and sunglasses. This LensCrafters location never disappoints.

I have had my share of bad experiences with LensCrafters, but this experience was the best yet! The representatives were friendly, patient, & understanding. I came in with a complicated issue and they handled it with care! I will visit again!

Proceed with Caution!!!!Lauren (thin, soft-spoken young lady with long dark hair) did my preliminary work. Before heading to the room, she tells me the cost of my visit would be $39 for today, and to sign, don’t date, my “insurance” form she placed on the counter so we can get started. I noticed there was a stack of these forms with other patients’ names scattered across the front desk. Because I know my benefits cover my entire exam, I chose to read the form as she tried to hurry me along. Not once did she explain or mention that the form she was trying to rush me to sign was for the cost of the additional photos they like to take that insurances typically do not cover. It scares me to think about the number of people this young lady/company has scammed with this con-like tactic.On the other hand, Dr. Seller was awesome! This was probably the best, non-threatening exam considering my horrible vision.After the exam, I started looking at frames before Lauren called me over to the desk. She asks for the $39 payment but tells me she needs to type my card info in on her side because the card reader is broken. No problem, I hand her my card. I hold my hand out to retrieve my card but she places it on the counter instead which was not only weird but super disrespectful. I asked for my prescription. Now, she tells me she can’t print my prescription. ?Medical exam-10Customer service-0

I was taken care of by Lawrence from beginning to end. His honesty when it came to some of my choices in frames and his patience allowed me to get a pair of glasses that fit my personality and my budget. Oh...and did I say they fit perfectly and most of alI CAN SEE!!!????Need friendly, honest service...SEE Lawrence.
