I know that store hours are weird as posted. But this Lids store opens at 11 am like all mall stores do. I went in to buy an Astro hats. Surprised to NOT find many selections. 3 selections that had lots of dust. Why, because nobody wants that kind. For the price, Lids needs to step it up. The most sold Astros cap was not even on display. Will no shop there for any future hat. You have been warned.

Rude employee, long wait to check out with no one else in the store, and overcharged $4 on a $28 hat. Stay away from this place.

Apparently this portion of the mall needs maintenance so badly that you have to wear a mask to enter this store?? Maybe the store should be closed until this problem is fixed? Also the so called manager was very rude to me as well as my wife!!

Very positive and enthusiastic worker. Helped me find 2 hats I liked. Did custom sticking for me and really did look out for me as far as setup etc.The ONLY drawback (and I should have been more diligent about what I wanted) was the embroidery wasn't quite what I wanted but it was still acceptable and I'll know what to be specific about next time.

Most unprofessional workers at this store!! Hat was marked $25 but rang up $30. Girl said that they Mark the hats up but forgot to fix the tag! Wouldn’t sell the hat for price on tag. Then she sold us a hat box, but after going to get it, she stated they they were out. We had already paid for it, so instead of opening register to get the money, she took the cash out of the Christmas donation box!! My husband told her to keep it since he wasn’t going to take donated money!!! Dishonest workers!!

That manager need to work on better customer service!! I am disgusted with everything about LIDS at this point !
