I had to wait almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged when I showed up for my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Then when I came back to pick up my vehicle I was told I needed 2 new tire pressure monitors. Despite telling the tech they were working when I got there, he was adamant that two of them randomly quit working at the same time! It ended up being a good thing they didn’t have them in stock. I took my truck to another shop to inquire about have the TPMS replaced, and they checked and neither of them were bad! It’s good to know there are honest people in the world. Had I followed the recommendation of your service department I would have spent $250 unnecessarily! While all of my service for this vehicle has been completed at your location for the previous 95,000 miles…I have now lost confidence in your facility. The part that makes this even worse is I don’t think anyone working there even cares!

Repairs were made to the a/c sensor about a week after my oil change. Service Rep Lafitte was professional, kept me "in the know" and assured me that all is good now.So far, so good.

We stopped in after having an unwelcome experience at a dealership down the road. Chris Moses came out to greet us. They had a recent trade that we loved but it hadn't been cleaned yet and had a few items that needed to be corrected. Chris let us know that these would be taken care of the next day. Chris followed through with everything that he said he would and we got a good deal on a great Yukon XL. Everyone we dealt with here were pleasant and very helpful. We will definitely be returning to Love GMC when we need our next car. Thanks Chris and Lee.

Kevin and Benny have taken great care of my vehicle from the first time I showed up. The first time, I arrived with an under-hood noise. I decided to try Love GMC because other shops failed to diagnose the noise. Not only did they diagnose it, Benny figured out the issue while still in the service lane! Problem diagnosed, part replaced, and vehicle back to being quiet. And ever since then, I bring my vehicle to Kevin for maintenance. It's been a breeze, and I really appreciate their professionalism. I'll continue to bring my vehicle here.

Every time I make a conscious decision to ASK if my fluids were topped off because too many times they weren't. I was told "they shouldve been" but nobody wanted to check. I went to use my washer fluid, and not really to my surprise, nothing and I mean NOTHING was in there. I don't think I'll be back at this point.

Even though my initial visit was unsuccessful in getting a "deal" that was suitable to me,Micky Fox called me back after a couple of days and reconnected and rescheduled another visit to the dealership. He worked through the negotiation and reached a sales figure that was good for both of us.Overcoming an objection is in part "good salesmanship".Dave Young

Service DepartmentFeel like the customer service has quickly gone down hill. I went in for a normal service including tire rotation and they lost the “key” to my lug nuts, so I had to come back in a week when they were able to get a replacement.Scheduled a recent appointment, for chips on a vehicle that I bought new in February of 22. Scheduled it a week in advance. Arrived at the shop 15 minutes early, was told the service would take “hours.” About 45 minutes later I was told that my truck was done. Come to find out they didn’t do anything and they didn’t have the chips and I would have to come back in a few weeks when they get them in. Employee stated it was “no biggie”Every time I go for service they can never seem to find my maintenance plan either.Some people in the shop are great - others not so much.

Only had truck for a short while. 13,000 miles driven since purchase. Quoted me 2700+ to fix it. I only brought it to love because I bought it here. Never again. Local dealer quoted 1800 to fix based on same work to be done. Local diesel mechanic fixed for $234.85. Crooks. Paid 169 just to find out codes which took five minutes to put chip in computer. Love ‘em and leave em. The Love Buick GMC way!! I’d give zero stars if I could. Literally any dealer can sell you a car. Don’t choose this one.

Craig was very unprofessional. I called Saturday and was interested in a vehicle and we agreed upon a price (I am out of state) and right after he said to send him my license, insurance, etc. he calls back to say some local people are coming to look at it and might buy it also? But I was ready to buy the vehicle right then and there (already had my financing done), then proceeds to text me almost a day alter to finally let me know someone else had bought the car.. who knows if it was even the same people?Terrible business practices and a blessing in disguise I did not buy a car from this place. 0/10.

The salesman, Joe Wilson, and the entire staff were friendly, attentive, and well versed on the details of the vehicles. After shopping at several other dealerships, this was by far my best experience. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door, and the Love Buick GMC team was able to quickly put together a solid agreement on a new truck. Once again, the staff was on point and Joe was great at demonstrating and setting up all the new technology in the truck!

Straightforward, no BS dealership. We’ve made a brand new pickup purchase and now our second used vehicle purchase at Love. We walked in, reviewed our trade and numbers on the truck, agreed, signed and drove off. It was that easy, no back and forth, no frills, no dishonesty. Daniel was our salesman, he was straightforward, prompt, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
