TJ is AWESOME!!!! I love how flexible he is with the workouts and schedule changes. I've been workout out with him for almost 1 year in preparation for my wedding last month and we've made great progress!!! Definitely will continue to workout. RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE!!!

TJ is awesome. I've asked for help to strengthen my back and core to help alleviate my back pain, and he is doing just that and more. I love the workouts he does with me. He's right there with you counting and watching your form. The workouts are fun and challenging. I highly recommend Lyerly Fitness. I'm so glad I found him!

I really wanted to get in shape for my upcoming wedding but I just wasn’t a gym person. My sister started training with TJ a few months ago and recommended I should give it a try. I’m in my 3rd month with TJ now and I never thought I’d enjoy working out but I really do! He really motivates you to work hard and coaches you on how to live a healthy lifestyle. His studio is great with lots of equipment and he does so many different exercises to work out every part of your body. If you’re looking for a personal trainer then TJ is great fit for anyone no matter what your workout level!

I workout with TJ and a group of coworkers twice a week during lunch, and TJ is great at keeping each of us motivated to push a little harder while still keeping individual fitness levels in mind. I actually look forward to my workouts as they are fun and energizing!

TJ Lyerly Fitness works. TJ keeps you moving from one integrated workout exercise to another movement in his private studio. He is careful to meet you where you are to achieve your workout goals (even me). His studio is in a great location - on Devine St. where it's easy to stop in for a workout. We often go for a quick walk around the Shandon neighborhood before the workout - just for a break after work. We have been pleased that he works well with couples, and we know several other friends who rely on TJ as their trainer too. This is why we 1st heard about and visited Lyerly Fitness. We have tried going to the gym, but like many others we dropped off after a while... having a trainer like TJ gives you a time frame to meet, & someone knowledgable who will help guide you thru exercises in his private gym/studio.

Working with T.J. has been great for me. He is very supportive and responsive to my needs and requests. I'm always surprised by the variety of exercises he has that makes the process interesting and exciting. I definitely see a difference in the way I feel and perform since starting to work with T.J.

Working out with TJ has changed my attitude about fitness. He always finds new ways to challenge me, while remaining supportive. I am one to avoid the gym, and being able to go to a private studio fits my workout style, but has proven to be a smart financial decision.

I've been working out with TJ for just shy of three months but the results I'm seeing are incredible! TJ consistently challenges you with new workouts and can easily adapt them to any fitness level. He is quick to show you the proper form and always encourages you to keep going when you want to quit. He is always accommodating to his client's schedules and is truly passionate about getting you in the best shape possible!

I've worked with several different trainers in Columbia and TJ is the best. He tailors the work outs to fit your fitness level. He's very knowledgeable and makes the works out fun. You never know what you might be doing - sled work, ladder drills, strength work, etc. Give him a try.

TJ is the best! He challenges you to do the work, but is encouraging and kind. He can adapt the workouts to any fitness level, and always takes extra care if you have an injury or other concern you need to work though. I actually look forward to my workouts now, and I can tell how much stronger and in shape I've gotten since we started! His workouts are easy to follow and fun!
