“We were looking around and pricing out a new mattress. We had been to 2 others stores who were pushy and saw us as a sale despite us stating budget and that we were not buying same day but rather looking at our options. Went into Ashley and we stated we were looking to buy in the next month, wanted prices and to see what would be in our budget range as far as quality and comfort. They were straight forward, not pushy at all and this actually led us to buying same day. They respected our words and treated us fairly with full transparency. It was a great buying experience. “Best place in the Carolinas for bedding and furniture. The quality is excellent, the prices are very reasonable and the service is beyond anyone's wildest hopes. We lost a screw, one screw out of a futon setup and they spent the entire day searching for a screw that would work instead. Cannot say enough about the hospitality and quality of service.”

“When we walked in, Troy Walker greeted us. He simply asked us what we were looking for, we told him, and we were on our way with no pressure. He said to just find him when we were ready, which was not hard to do. We found a deal we wanted, but wanted to make a few tweaks to it, which Troy did. All in all, it was a great experience.”

James and Brian spent as much time as we needed to find what we wanted. Their eye and knowledge of what matched esthetically vastly helped us get just the look we were seeking for our new home.
When it came time to settle up, Becky made everything go smoothly. She was aware of and advised us regarding bank procedures I hadn't thought of. Her knowledge saved us time and frustration.
