Was lied to about my vehicle being looked at twiced and was told by Manger Scott that it will be priority 4 days after vehicle was towed in. Then found that Midas was over charging me on parts and possible labor. Once I was able to prove this, the manager Scott declines repairing my vehicle due to him being frustrated because I asked for itemized receipt on what it is exactly i was paying for. Before we can agree to a price. Scott begin to get disrespectful and decline fixing my vehicle due to not being qualified. This would have been fine if my vehicle have not been sitting at this location for 9 days. Now all my time have been wasted and my car still haven't been repaired. Corporate has got a complaint by me. Never will come backJust a follow up.Vehicle was towed and worked on by Brown Motors on Broadriver.They replaced 5 coolant lines Midas wanted to first charge me $800 after my warranty payment for 2 lines. Then around $500 after I had to go back and forth with managerMy out of pocket cost after payment $214 at Brown. Midas labor time was 7. Then 4.3 after going back and forth. Brown did 5 lines in 4hrs flat. NEVER take your car here. They will cheat you.

I am very unhappy with the service that I received. I paid over $600 for my car to come back worst then what it was. When I took it back they told me that we said to tune it up and change the oil so that's all they did without looking at it or doing a diagnosis. That's like me going to a doctor and asking for a colonoscopy and they say ok, bend over. No one should do anything to your car without a diagnosis first. Then they took the car back and pretended to fix it and charged me more money! The car is a hot mess so much so, that I'm having to look for a new car. I will never go to Midas again or refer anyone to them. I'm out of a car and my money.Update: I got a call from a Midas representative that asked if I had proof that we didn't ask for a diagnostic, I said my father has been a mechanic for over 50 years, he would never go anywhere and not ask for a diagnostic. Like i told him, how can someone walk into an establishment and tell you the professional to change my coil pack and you say ok and do it without looking to see if it needs to be done. Thats like me going into the doctors office and telling him, the professional in his field, to give me a colonoscopy and him saying ok, bend over. He would do some things before hand to cover himself and make an educated determination as to whether i needed it or not before he performed the procedure so why is Midas any different? UNPROFESSIONAL. Then he said well a diagnostic cost a lil over a hundred dollars. Sir, i paid you guys over $700 are you kidding me? I would have be glad to pay the 100 dollars vs that! So again, I am very unhappy with their service, I wont recommend them to anyone U know and I know alot of people and I hope that in the future, the resolve is better. #gosomewhereelse

Spoke with a rep at this location and was told they do work with warranty company and to bring vehicle in. I got my car towed and I didn't hear anything for 2 days. I ended up coming to location and was told, we are waiting on dealer to call Midas back with parts prices to report to warranty company. I later find out that it was a lie, and I was told this twice at different occasions just to cover up that my car was not looked at. The manager Scott got involved and informed me that it will be priority. Was then called back by Scott and was told total repair is $1300, warranty covers $700 and I owe out of pocket $800. Of course, this doesn't add up. He then gets frustrated because I asked for an itemized receipt for clarify what I was paying for. He processed to tell me he will declining repairs on my car due to the fact they are not qualified to work on my high-end vehicle. This would have been understandable if my vehicle wasn't sitting at this location for 9 days and a rep was the one who told me to tow my Mercedes there. Now I have had my time wasted and manager Scott did not provide required customer service. Will never come back to this business. According to my warranty company Midas wanted to mark up my parts price close to $100 over, and that they offered to send parts to help prevent charging the customer (me). Scott tells me this was not mentioned to him. I then notice I was being overcharged on labor. Once we found why, before I could agree to repairs Scott begin to say he never wanted my car in the shop, again this is after I spoke with reps at this location numerous times and 2 weeks later.
