I was jus here today and I saw Isabel the manager throw 2 papers with orders at a young cashier in front my face the manager is YT THE YOUNG LADY IS BLACK I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT MICHAELS PLEASE ADDRESS THIS WHAT GOING ON ????? Like literally threw the papers at the young lady ringing me up with no words I’m baffled !!!

I come here all the time and I love it! The cashiers are nice and friendly. The staff always asks if you need need. They have an amazing selection of holiday stuff.

I’m a frequent Michael’s shopper and i was HIGHLY displeased with the service i received today! There was only two cashiers both who hold out conversations with customers who they have already completed transactions with. The manager can to the front after being called saw there was a line but proceeded back to the office with out assisting the other customers in line. I’ve never known Michael’s to have such poor customer service!

I signed my son up for a paint class here just to drive 30 minutes and the staff tells me it's canceled. I was very disappointed because I now I have explain this to my autism son who was looking forward to painting all day. POOR SERVICE! A cancellation notice would have been appreciated

I shop at this michael's location all the time and I was very disappointed to find out that they're unable to resolve what should be simple issues. I made an online pickup order as I often do, and the orders are usually ready within 2 hours, and I'll get an email letting me know I can pick it up. Well, I checked my email and never saw anything saying my order was ready. Then, I logged into my michael's account and it said that my order had been received but not ready to pickup. Then, I called michael's store and they didn't even have an order from me, however, the money was withdrawn from my account. So, the lady on the phone tells me that I should contact customer care through the website. This is after she tried to convince me that it must've been an instacart order or it must've been made at another Michaels store, after I'd already explained to her that I order pickup orders from the same Michaels all the time. I called the number and was told that the case would be forwarded to the manager and then I'd get a refund. That remains to be seen. My main issue is that it shouldn't be so difficult to get my money back, and the store associate I spoke to offered little to no help.
