If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a courtesy check and they ended up charging me $175. I’m contacting corporate for a refund. I highly do not recommend Midas. They provide no estimate up front for a simple check……. Update I called corporate like they told me to. They told me that the actual establishment should be providing me with my refund. I am so disappointed in this company.

Had my truck repaired at midas off of millwood, met technician through my work and was recommended to try them out. Experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Repair was very prompt, thorough and exceeded any and all expectations I had. Brad Jones was the technician who repaired my truck. The manager was who got me scheduled right away and and was very helpful with any and all questions/info requested about future repairs and with checking out when truck was finished. My Experience at Midas was second to none and I will absolutely be returning! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

The office staff and mechanics were very helpful. They were able to get my car in and out super fast. Very professional and affordable. Highly recommend this location. The best experience I have ever had at a shop!

Richard is the best! Met me at the door a few minutes before 8. Oil change and comprehensive check up took less than an hour. Report was accurate and complete.
The shop is clean and the employees are friendly and professional. I keep coming back year after year!

Called Midas on Millwood to get a quote for crankshaft position sensor installed. I already had the part, Robbie answered and stated "My tech would have to take a look at that" Just to give me a simple quote.
Well that's odd, cause the Midas on Gervais Street provided me a quote INSTANTLY! Be careful with the Millwood location, especially when he answers. Sketchy.

Horrible experience. I needed to get break fluid and new tires before I drove 12 hours to New Jersey post college. I paid for the break fluid and tires because after my oil change there so happened to be an Allen wrench stuck in my tire which was clearly from them. When I got home to New Jersey I took my car to a new shop for my blinker being out and they said that the break fluid was never changed and that it was incredibly dangerous for me to be driving that distance. I even told the midas employee that I had to do this drive and he ripped me off by making me pay hundreds for it and then never doing it.
