I was in need of an alignment and oil change. Had to purchase 2 front tires before I went to midas. I personally checked these tires at the shop I bought them at before going to get the $126 plus tax alignment that wasn't the price and the 24.99 plus tax oil change. They said I had two nails in my new tires and when I said they weren't there when I pulled in they said oh we rotated your tires so the nails were in the back tire when I left I seen they did not rotate the tires so based off that lie I can't trust the work they did at all nice people but the overall experience was very disappointing

☺️ I had 10 lb of air in my tire so the staff fix me up with a full tire of air so I could drive to where I bought the tire and have the flat repaired under warranty. 👍🏼✔️💥☺️💯

Went to get my car service yesterday and the service I received exceeded my expectations. The service and the energy was SUPERB! From the mechanic that repaired my car (Nat) to manager (Matt). Matt took care of my concerns for my car from start to finish. GREAT managers and I don’t run into great management often especially in car shops. Really appreciate you all !

10/10 for the entire staff. Came in with a small coolant leak. Had pressure test done and found root cause of the issue. Able to get the hose replaced the same day. A mechanic took his lunch and went to the dealership to up the part from the dealership. Above and beyond customer service! I loved watching how well the staff communicate with each other and help each other out while getting cars in and out. Definitely making this shop my go to for future services.

I recently visited the Midas tire shop and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Matthew, the store manager, and Keyshawn, one of the dedicated workers. From the moment I walked in, Matthew greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that all my concerns were addressed promptly. His professionalism and knowledge about tires and vehicle maintenance were truly impressive.
Keyshawn was equally remarkable, demonstrating great skill and efficiency while working on my car. He took the time to explain the process and offered valuable advice on maintaining my tires for optimal performance. It's rare to find such a dedicated and customer-focused team, and I left the shop feeling confident and satisfied with the service I received.
Thank you, Matthew and Keyshawn, for going above and beyond to make my visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend this Midas location to anyone in need of top-notch tire service!

Matt Maxwell, the store manager, has outstanding customer service. He not only told me what was going on with my vehicle, but when into detailed explaining the situation and showed me. My experience today, 5/3/25 was a 10/10.

Tyrone, Brandon, and Emmit really helped me out today with my Honda Crv. When I called in Emmit was friendly and patient with my questions for towing my truck to them. When I got there Tyrone greeted me and gave me the game plan for the repairs on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle Tyronne took me for a test drive to ensure quality work and to inform me of what is coming up for the next repair needed on my car that he could detect. Emmit an d Brandon finalized my invoice and I was back rolling all in one day !! Keep up the great work you THREE!!

Sooo I waited 2 months before writing this review because I wanted to make sure that I wasn't prematurely giving a 5-star rating. I visited Midas to get my AC fixed in April (replaced the resistor & cabin filter). They did not disappoint.
Amber was so extremely helpful. She discussed an action plan with me that was affordable for my budget. The pricing was fair, the customer service was excellent, and it didn't take forever to fix my issue. By the time we were all done, I gave Amber a biggggg hug.
This was my first time going to an auto mechanic shop and NOT feeling like I was being duped or taken advantage of. My AC is blowing cold as ever as we've been consistently in this 90s temperature. I'll be back soon for my oil change ?
