I would honestly give them no stars if possible. My SUV was repo’d and when we got it back, the bumper of my car was missing pieces as if it were broken off. Very much unprofessional!

My car was repossessed by this towing company at 7:37am on 9/27/2022 I paid my balance on my car and picked it up around 3pm the same day from the site they took the car to. Upon checking inside my vehicle my registered firearm was stolen from underneath the driver seat. Along with someone taking my extra magazine for the firearm out of the armrest. After speaking with another tower he mention that their are dishonest towers that will take things from vehicles. Sad case is the thief even took loose change. I hope this company get what God has for them. You shouldn't steal from people and never predict an outcome of a situation (assuming people are not coming back for their items." I got real heated with a representative from this company claiming to be an office manager because of all things theft should never occur and never assume someone is lying to you. I teach my kids to not steal!!!!!!! I bust my butt on my job to protect and provide to my family. Not to be highway robbed by legit companies. FYI someone from the company is dishonest and this is a representation of y'all. Mark my word I will make sure the world know about this company!!!!!

I cannot begin to tell you how great this company is from start to finish. I have used many tow services over the years but this company is 6 STARS IF I COULD RATE THAT HIGH! Called and right away a friendly voice answered in 5 minutes the dispatcher was back and said truck would be there in 10 minutes or less. This is at 5pm rush hour.....sure enough 5 minutes later the truck showed up the gentleman got out friendly smile and right away handled everything including dropping off my car and key. Woruld highly recommend them to anyone and I have them on speed dial now for life!!

I'm so thankful for Donnie on how he allowed the Lord to use him, with his wise method of doing his job. I was stuck and tired of looking over my shoulders and he spared me and my family of that. Thanks I will always remember this. Blessings to him and his family.
