Would give negative star rating if I could. Waited for hours. No one to service. Was finally told that I never signed in (I most certainly did!). Service socks. Attitudes and egos of staff are disgusting. No one in the building to assist or intervene. Waste of time and money, and all we needed was a tdap vaccine for school!

I don’t understand why this is called a “walk-in clinic” if they tell you that you have to schedule an appointment and they never have same day availability. Just don’t call yourself walk in if you’re not.

I saw Dr. Susan Ashbaugh. She was super nice and professional. Love this place. So much better than doctors care!

Was passing through on vacation and needed to be seen for a sudden sinus infection. No one was at the help desk for the clinic; the kiosk was off. I waited 5 minutes before I asked someone in the pharmacy if they could page someone to come and when I walked back to the clinic the kiosk was on but still no employee. I started to log in on kiosk but it said they had no appointments until 11:30 (it was 9:45 AM), despite there being no one in the waiting area. No employee ever showed up after five more minutes of waiting so I left.

I never post a review but my service today was phenomenal. I have had a major ear pain that I let go on for a week. I came in with debilitating pain and had the pleasure of being Tiffany’s patient in Irmo. She was so thorough and professional. She heard all of my complaints and made sure that I understood everything that I was going to be taking and why/what I’m going through. Tiffany is the best and I am so grateful to have a professional break it down to layman’s terms for me so I felt comfortable and knew I had hope of some kind of relief. After my appointment, Tiffany then walked me through the store to help me get the items that I needed that weren’t over the counter so I had everything I needed before picking up my prescription. I appreciate leaving knowing what is going and knowing that I have the resources to take to feel better. Thank you so much.

Just here to say you guys did a great job with the covid tests today I only recieved one phone call and everything went smoothly! Husband went to west cola minute clinic and basically got harrased before his appointment (6 phone calls before hand) and hung up on and rushed to a SET appointment time. So just wanted to say thank you to the ladies that helped me out bc if they were starving like their friend in west cola they did not show it! Thank you guys!!!

I was the first person to arrive at the clinic at 8:50am, walking in at the same time as one of the providers. I was the only person there, signed in, and sat down to wait. Three providers all walked into one room and shut the door, but we could hear them chatting and laughing. No one came out to get the first patient until 9:32 and they opened at 9. Once in the room, the NP didn't know where things were and gave me a false positive test for one of the things she tested for because she said otherwise it would look like covid and she'd have to quarantine and she can't afford to be out of work. I left without any prescriptions or a real diagnosis. I was hospitalized two days later for a glandular infection and have started to recover after 5 days of antibiotics and rest.

Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Your treatment will depend heavily on who answers the phone or works that day. Please visit a real doctor or healthcare professional. You won’t even be prescribed properly to cure a common cold or infection. Seriously, go somewhere else if you want actual treatment. There’s a reason why the staff aren’t in a real doctor’s office or hospital, especially on the weekends.

Went to the Minute Clinic after I had experienced a few day’s worth of intense Lung pain and coughing. Being someone who gets bronchitis basically annually, I let the doctor know it was normal for me but that I wanted to get ahead on my symptoms. Despite an intense amount of wheezing and my inability to breathe, I was told to take Ibuprofen and mucinex and if I needed an inhaler she could prescribe one.

Feeling bad? Don't bother with Minute Clinic. I called and was told to arrive prior to 7:30pm. I arrived at 7:15pm. The attendant told me she didn't have time for me because she leaves at 7:30. I asked for the manager to intercede. He informed me that he would bring my dissatisfaction to the attention of CVS. Bottom line - you can't trust CVS because they just don't care!

Reasonable wait times, efficient staff, they generally have what you need. Fridays or days before any school break are usually packed with college kids trying to stock up on their Adderall, so expect about a 20 minute wait those days.

This is the worst clinic I have ever seen! My son got a rash. We went to this clinic. The doctor checked him and had no idea what it was. Then she checked it up in a book for about 10 minutes, but still no idea. Finally she recommended to take some allergy relief medicine and charged me $129. This is the first time and also the last time that I go there!
