The staff always has great service despite my order being picky. Logan and Rodger are both great and I always enjoy getting to come and say Hi, the staff is quick and friendly.

Worst Moes I’ve visited. Employees wearing AirPods, ignoring you, dirty, overflowing trash, soda machine syrups out. Food was ok, but customer service sucks.Moes corporate needs to check this location and revoke its franchise.

i ordered online and when i got back home opened the bag to see a half full bowl and no guac which i paid for. i go back to the store to get the guac and they only put a very small amount of guac on after i said it wasnt originally put on. the cashier was also rude. money

They were very rude to me when I walked in, one of the workers didn’t want to give me a side of queso at first he kept saying there was no more but then seconds later he tells me i can get queso. Then the lady at the register had a very nasty attitude and this isn’t the first time someone has been rude to me. They also did not clean the salsa area it was very disgusting and there was none for me to use the restaurant itself wasn’t clean there was still left over chips on the tables and left over burritos. Overall the food was good but the customer service was terrible and the place was nasty

Came in at 8:00 worker was trying close even though the store was open two more hours, seemed mad to take my order, made it incorrectly and added ingredients I didn’t ask for.

I ordered through the app twice, the first time I ordered the Homewrecker and it came with Guacamole, guac not included so I mentioned it within the app their resolution was giving me a credit for one free entree. Ordered again using that free entree, again no guac, I recently had surgery so couldn’t go into the restaurant myself to ensure I received what I was asking for. However this time I paid for it separately bc I built a bowl. I don’t know if they are just constantly out of guac or it’s a continuous error in their part but it’s horrible customer service. I normally visit the one on Beltline bc they have exceptional customer service this one my app forces me to order there. Terrible customer service food arrived cold both times. 0/10 would not recommend this location.

Absolutely terrible! No chips or queso was delivered, $10 bowl of queso and nothing. The homewrecker bowl looked like you raked someones leftovers in a to go box, both quesadilla's were made wrong, no beans, no rice and they put both on the order. Terrible presentation, not all food was made or delivered. Nothing on the order was right. Family settled for grilled cheese for the evening.

Forgot seasoned rice, lettuce & sour cream.... Received Pico, pinto beans and chicken. This is why I don't like ordering food through the app.. Seems that no one pays attention at all.

I've been coming to this Moe's location consistently (honestly at least once a week and often times more) for the past three years now and have had only a few issues with getting orders wrong or things not tasting as good as usual, but I kept coming back. However, today the woman working the register was extremely rude when asking questions and checking people out... when I didn't respond right away to her question and attempted to pay with a gift card she said annoyedly "you're new here" and explained that they can't scan the gift card, when I've used that form of purchase a million times or more at this location. I'll most likely be coming back, but not for long if she normally interacts with customers like that.

This place is filthy. Even the best offer of all time (kids eat free on Sunday) can’t make you overlook the fact that this place hasn’t had a deep clean since Jungle Jim’s ruled Five Points. And some type of animal droppings on top of one of the booths… no thanks.
