Mark was very helpful and super nice. He took his time to explain to me what was happening with my transmission. It about 5 days in total that’s with ordering the new transmission and putting it in. It’s been about 6 months now and car has been running good with no issues.

Would not recommend this place. My transmission was acting funky, it would not shift in gear going from 1st to 2nd. Loud clunking noises and rattling under the car so I got it towed. Mark is very nice said he would stay in contact. This was not true I had to call to get updates and said they were still looking into things. They had my car for four days and by the fourth day I was fed up so I called to say I would pick it up. They told me the car was fine they didn’t see anything wrong. When my wife asked how much the diagnostic fee would be he told us to bring in two packs of Natty Light and they would call it even. That rubbed me the wrong way but I still brought in the beer when I picked up my car (as I was leaving a customer was also bringing in two packs of Natty Light). They claimed that they had been driving the car every day to “diagnose” it. When I got it I had wrote my mileage down and there was only about 5 miles total driven on it since being towed.
I Drove it home and about a mile down the road the check engine light, VSC light and TCS light all came on. I called them back Mark said that it was fine when they had it, and to bring it back. Obviously I did not bring it back. I took it to LD Transmissions.

Mark was so kind to us when we were having a very rough time with our van’s transmission. He diagnosed the problem and was honest and up front. He put in the time to figure out how to help us and now our car drives great! We appreciate how honest this business is and it is so great to know there are still good people in this world! Dropped my ford transit off with transmission trouble. This transmission shop is top notch! I wanna thank the owner for helping me during this time, he just don’t know what I’ve experienced lately.. Checking my van & letting me know the issue with it, just showing me kindness when I felt like everything was going wrong meant more than he will ever know. I would definitely recommend anyone here, most shops charge you to pull in, he didn’t & he just don’t know how much he helped even tho he was behind & couldn’t work on it, he let me know the problem with it. I took my car to Mr. Transmission .about seven months ago.I don't know who I speak with but by the way he was dressed, I assumed that he was a mechanic. I told the man what the car was doing and how it was sounding. I felt the problem was in the transmission. I was told that I needed to take my car somewhere else because they only worked on transmission. I asked him would he put the car on a reader to find out what the problem was, I was told " lady, you need to take your car somewhere else". Initially I had heard good things about Mr Transmission .Needless to say I didn't go back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They have my car for about three months now, after they supposedly rebuild my transition i went in because the transmission was still banging into gear. They changed my engine mounts without my permission and that didn't stop my transmission. I never felt so helpless in my life. Its 3am and I can't sleep. I got everything on video. Because I know no one would believe me if I told them my story. Not sure what to do I feel abused and helpless.Service: Transmission repair

FIRST AND FOREMOST MR.MARK IS AN AWESOME GUY WITH THE SPIRIT OF A God LOL! I MET HIM PERSONALLY AND HE HAD GREAT PERSONALITY! BUT BESIDES THAT I PAID A GREAT PRICE FOR A INTERNAL TRANSMISSION ISSUE AND ILL TELL YOU WHAT I SAVED AN EXTRA 1500$. NOT ONLY THAT WHEN I PAID TO GET MY CAR OUT HE DIDNT HAVE CHANGE SO HE GAVE ME A 20$ BACK! LOL GREAT GUY GREAT WORKERS!!!!!Services: Transmission repair
