One of my favorite places to go for certain household items. The staff is always friendly and the manager is a nice guy. He looks a little unapproachable but he's always polite and very helpful!It's a great place to shop on a budget and usually a good deal. You may not find the same things twice. I try to stock up on those kinds of items but the store is neat and clean and always stocked!

Found the items I wanted to purchase. The cashier was friendly and informative. She carefully explained the Rewards system offered by Ollie's. I appreciated her taking the time to do so. However, the negative side was that the Rewards program required seeing my drivers license (no, not needed). Especially when I usually provide a name & email address only. Another downer was that the items purchased were covered in dust residue. We barely, I mean hardly ever shop at Ollie's, but I will return for additional purchases as the prices seem reasonable.

I had a different experience at this location yesterday. I wasn't feeling my best due to surgery, but there were two heavy items that I needed. I'm use to the guys loading things for me but today I was greeted by a woman named Bernadette. She not only assisted me with some questions, but she actually loaded the items into my cart and took them to my car. Wow!! I really appreciate great customer service like that. Normally I would have to wait for one of the guys to become available, but not today. Thanks Bernadette!!

This is a great bargain store, they just don't always have the same products all the time, but when you find something you like make sure you buy enough of it.
