I have been an Orileys customer for years and never had any complaints, except this location in particular. The store manager Bobby has instructed his employees not to accept warranty exchanges on lifetime warranties. On 2 separate occasions I was given an extremely hard time trying to exchange faulty parts, even though I brought receipts, invoice numbers, the part, warranty info, and the box. The front counter employees say they need Bobby's approval and that he isn't in and he won't answer the phone??? So the warranty only applies if Bobby is there I guess. Both times I was able to drive to an orileys location farther away and give them the Same Info and they immediately take care of the problem. I had to drive an hour away to Kershaw to get decent customer service and that costs me time and money. NORTH MAIN O'RILEYS IS THE WORST!!!

Noone likes to answer the phone and when you tell them you been calling when it takes you 3-5 minutes to get there.

On numourous occasions no one answers the phone and hangs up on you when u let it ring just because u want customer service. I am mechanic and getting anything over the phone is impossible.

Don't know what everyone else is on about. Employees have no idea what they're doing, can't help with anything, and are disrespectful. If they weren't the only auto parts store open past 9 in this city they'd be out of business.

We had to make an emergency stop because our lights went out on the highway. Being that both lights went out at the same time my fiancé and I were thinking it was an issue with the fuses. After getting the fuses we thought we needed. I went back inside to ask Mason a question about reading the fuse box and he offered to come out and assist us. Yes I know that’s what they’re supposed to do but Mason went above and beyond to help us figure out the issue. He was helpful, kind patient, and found the issue that we had overlooked. Mason I cannot thank you enough for your help you are a true angel. Being hours away from home you were a true life saver to us thank you again.
