I’m a new customer. I changed my direct deposit to PCFCU. I didn’t make it before the cutoff with my payroll Department. So I got a paper check. I did the online deposit thing. But when I went to use my card the next day it was declined. So I went to the Clemson road branch. I explained the situation. The tell told me there was a hold on my payroll check until next week. I explained that my check was from a major employer and if I had to wait for this hold I’d have my next weeks pay. The teller told me to hold on and she would talk to the branch manager. A’zaria lucas come back and told me that it was taken care of. Thank you for your great customer service, professionalism and understanding. You and your manager are awesome. I found my new bank. Thank you

This review has nothing to do with the location, but with the Union altogether. When I joined years ago, I was under the impression that they were all about community and their customers. I was wrong. Definitely not good for small businesses. But what’s worse is that they not only duplicated my car loan with them on my credit report, they showed that I haven’t made a payment in 15 months and they killed my utilization. I’ve tried to fix it for months with them; they even denied the dispute saying the duplicate account ($30k balance!!) was accurate. Thanks PCFCU for ruining my credit and possibly my business.

This location needs to educate staff on how to better serve the blind community. I brought my blind friend here to make a withdrawal from his account, inside. The teller, Cindy, asked my blind friend if he could write! And asked if I was authorized to fill out the form for him! WHAT??? He responded that if he had come in alone she is supposed to help him. She did not even respond to him like he wasn't there. She also asked me to witness her count his money! He can count his OWN money! Do better OK??!!

I would not bank here! I have been with them for over 6 years now. I got an auto loan from them I have paid the auto loan off. They are saying that because I’m late on a credit card with them they can’t release my title. That doesn’t sound legal

They're continuously ripping me off with Over Draft Fees. I had to use my card without money for awhile. But then notice they didn't charge me for the 3 single uses I had to Over Draft. They broke up my 3 payments into several pieces and kept charging me with fees several times to each piece.THEN. the next week WITHOUT my permission they took money out of my checking account to pay the fees... EVEN THOUGH, it gave me a due date. So I'm thinking I had more money in my account than I did and without my knowledge I was continuously Over Drafting again.ALSO THIS WEEK, they were Over Drafting my account when I already had money, like before I even got to Zero dollars in my account.Somebody explain to me, why I'm having to pay TWICE as much than I actually Overdrafted. And there's nothing I can do about it.This Bank is a Complete Rip Off!!!!!People are broke and they don't care.

Definitely wouldn't recommend going here. We are newer to the state and came in looking to get a HELOC for our house. I was NOT impressed with our interaction. I walked in ready to sign up for an account and he actually talked me out of it. Maybe it's because I have colored hair and face piercings but he kept talking about how if I felt our "vibes" didn't match then I should STRONGLY consider going elsewhere. He clearly thought our family wouldn't bring good business to the bank. He asked if he could be blunt and straight to the point with me. He then told me that they will bend over backwards for long-term members, but new members they just do the regular amount of work for. So it's best that I go into multiple different banks and find one that best suits our family. He kept emphasizing that this is a long-term relationship and I should really consider going to check out other banks. I have never in my professional life had someone actively persuade me against signing up with their institution. My neighbor who referred me to this bank talked to the manager after my encounter and the manager asked me to call her. I did so and left her a message and never heard from her. All of this has left a very poor taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this thing to anyone.

I have had an account for over 6 years with a lump sum of money in it. Certainly nothing to sneeze at but access and hours are not friendly or useful for the average American worker. I called today at 4:45 PM and was put on hold and hit option #4 for a call back to only get disconnected and then immediately called back only to wait and eventually went past operating hours which I believe was meant to happen. Long hold times are created so you will hang up and move on.

As a recent "escapee" from N.Y. I was pleased to select Palmetto Citizens FCU as my banking institute upon settling down here in the midlands. I had the pleasure of establishing my initial accounts with Whitaker, who was a genuine pleasure to deal with. She fully explained all the options available, and when the time came a few months after moving down here & getting settled in, I was introduced to Ashby, whom I'm working with now to help set up some financial vehicles to put my money to work for me, so I can enjoy my retirement a little more comfortably knowing folks who truly care and look out for their clients best interest are overseeing my financial affairs, while I can enjoy devoting time to enjoying life.Kudos to the many fine folks I've encountered and interacted with at the Richland County, Clemson Rd. branch of PCFCU, Y'all have been most welcoming & helpful, and professionally proactive!
