I was so scared applying for a loan thinking I'm not going to get. I did get it and everything went so smoothly that I had to do a double take. Rochese Thomas has been the best, she may not have none it at the time but she really relieved a lot my worries and answered all of my questions.

They have over drafted my account more then once when they was not supposed to. I've been with them since 2019 and these past 3 years they have over drafted my account when they shouldn't have this is ridiculous I will be changing banks first thing Monday when they fix this problem this is ridiculous never in my life have I had to deal with this. Worst bank ever!!!!!!

Everyone is so friendly and patient the staff I worked with always helps me the best way they can. They return phone calls in a timely manner and keep you updated Rochese Helped me with my car loan while I was in minnesota and she was so patient because I changed my my mind so many times. But she was so patient and so kind all the way through !!!

Rochese is absolutely awesome. She helped me when I purchased my car and I can call her with any questions I might have about my accounts. Her customer service is absolutely phenomenal and I’m so grateful for all her help.

R. Thomas was amazing with my recent loan experience. Her knowledge and promptness was excellent and very comforting. She made me feel important and made me aware of things that helped my credit. She is definitely an asset to the credit union.

My membership at this branch is phenomenal, there is never a day that I go into the branch and someone is not there ready to help me and if they don’t have the answer they will find someone who will help. I referred my son to become a member and he did. Not to mention when no one else wanted to help him with lowering his vehicle payment this branch stepped right in and help to achieve a lower payment. My family is happy to be a member.

I have been a member of Baptist Credit Union since 1992. I have always gotten terrific service from every one there. They took the time to learn my name so when I walked.in they would address me by name. They have always been super helpful with anything I needed. I would not even consider banking any where else.

I really enjoy going into this branch. They always greet you with a smile along with speaking. Even if they are not assisting you with your transaction. It is the same when you are leaving the branch.They greet me by my name. Always willing to help with anything.I remember when I was buying my home and I needed some documents. They was very patience in helping me with the inquiries that I needed along with guiding me through.

I don't know exactly how long I've been a member, 20 years or so I think. I have always had great personal service at all branches I've visited. Any time I've ever made a large financial decision there has been someone right there to guide me through it ?. All the stars, definitely recommend!

I had two auto loans with PHCU, they made the whole process completely stress free. Not to mention the percentage rates were lower than any other financing option. I will definitely be getting my next car loan with them!!
