I try not yo use any other pharmacy. The staff is very nice and the prices are WAY better than other places.

Good luck & Godspeed trying to get them to answer the phone. How about “do you mind holding” vs just eff it just don’t answer? But my absolute favorite is when they willy nilly place you on hold WITHOUT ACTUALLY TELLING YOU THEY ARE DOING IT & never actually return to phone. Then, you have to drive 30 mins just to request a refill BCOS THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! So unprofessional! Note to self: don’t get surgery at a hospital that cannot even properly answer a call/place you on hold.

Mind numbingly frustratingly by far the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had, they blame the doctor, out prescription was sent over but apparently the Dr did not send over phone number, so we never heard from them, finally called and they said the the doctor didn't send over her phone number so we gave them our phone number and then again we waited finally she got a phone message that it was the final notice for prescription was going to be returned it was her only notice I went in and they said oh that was old we don't have it anymore there's nothing you can do about it come back later you should have notified us we don't notify you you should have notified if that the doctor didn't give us your phone number we don't notify you you should have notified us earlier about the prescription which we did cuz they don't notify you until it's way too late and then they send you a note that apparently was already too late like I said at the beginning this is so mind numbingly frustratingly ridiculous oh God I hate this place and everybody in it

I've been receiving my prescriptions and topical products for over 5 years and everyone and everybody has been wonderful and on point with my health, ? and well being. I would ? too thank the pharmacy and pharmaceutical technicians for all there hard work, politeness, dedication, devotions, great atmosphere, ? and positive attitudes, prompted procedures and protocols and tremendous service to there patients and to there communities and abroad. I also would ? too thank my doctors at Prisma Health Advanced ❤ Health Clinic, Columbia ❤ Clinic and Prisma Health Cardiology Dr. Patrick McCann, Tonya Sellers, Tonya Brock, Shannon Cribb, Melissa Redmond, William Lorson, Eric Myers, Sarah Wilkes, Patrisa Gonzalez, Cassa Buto-Colletti, Emmanuel Mbey, Alex McPherson, Robin Traufler, and Sultan Siddique for there outstanding and wonderful approach too my health and wellness and well being. The staff is incredible polite and friendly. However, it takes hours to be seen and they don't employ enough doctors. Stay healthy folks, unless you have the patience of a saint.

Friendly service. Wish more people were available to help people picking up prescriptions that have been previously called in. 15-20 minute wait in line is too long.

There is no excuse for a major hospital in this area to have such a dysfunctional pharmacy. Walmart is busy to but I can at least get someone on the phone to answer wuestions.Three times now I've driven down there to pick up a refill and they dont have the medication. They told me they ordered it then ran out before they filled mine. Then they told me it was ready and I get there the 2nd time same story. if someone would answer the bleeping phone I wouldnt have these issues.Prisma health if you want to be the preferred hospital in the area spend the money to improve your sham of a pharmacy. This is an essential service that many people rely on for help. yeah they ate busy but this is part of customer service.Or get a system that people can use and not need to call so much. shameful

Worst pharmacy service ever and are 100% consistent with it, no improvement since at least last 5 years I have been a customer here. No desire to improve either. I’m a PRISMA employee and request my docs not to send prescriptions to this pharmacy if possible. Poor service and attitude is their virtue. Unfortunately there is not a “no star” option that’s why they get one star.

The girl at the front desk was very rude.. decided to be snarky with me rather then talk to me and explain.. I will not be going back.. I’ll wait for Publix or CVS over the attitude I received

Not here to brag about service but Im mad that they put the pills in a container that can be easily opened by a child!! These days kids can manage to some how get up on high places and reach them or find them if hidden and open them
