Palmetto Specialty Transfer moved us the middle of July. It was HOT! William and team never missed a beat! They hustled when loading and unloading us. The guys were professional, courteous and respectful of our belongings. Drew was responsive and detailed oriented during our initial meeting and continued to follow up after the move was complete. We would use them again without hesitation and have referred them to friends as well.

I used Palmetto Specialty Transfer in June. In that process, they damaged and broke $1200 worth of items. I recently called to allow them to make it right, and they told me it wasn't their fault and they would not be reimbursing me for any damages. I understand they didn't pack the items, but they threw boxes around, unloaded boxes upside down, and generally didn't take care of any of my possessions. I have used movers on 6 different occasions, and have never had this issue. My move was only one block down the street, two bedroom apartment, and it took them 8 hours. I can't imagine how long it would take them to move a house. It felt as if the crew was attempting to take advantage of me. At one point, one of the crew members was just sitting in the hallway texting on his phone. I would NOT recommend this company at all. However, I would happily recommend Soda City Movers who has done all of my other moves. They are far more professional and kind to work with.

The guys came and packed up our Airbnb to move to storage. They were fast, efficient, took good care of everything, and very polite. Would highly recommend!!

We used Palmetto Specialty Transfer to move from house to house and they were very professional, timely, and helpful. The 3 young men that helped us were so kind, hard working, efficient, and were easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone, as the move could not have gone smoother. By far the best moving company (and movers) that I’ve used.

These guys are great. They were friendly, professional, worked quickly, and arrived on time. The “will not exceed” quote was a couple hundred less than a few other places I called, and the final bill was lower than the quote. Moving is stressful enough- they made it a lot easier.

What a great team. The 4 gentlemen showed up early and finished before they were even set to arrive. The payment was simple and online before the appointment and was scheduled same day.A friendly bunch that took the job seriously and were very responsive to the situation. Also, they were very competitive in terms of price for what was a "smaller" job.A+ easy recommendation.

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY TEN STARS IF I COULD. I had a series of several difficult moves after the death of my mother. It was an emotional time and the care this crew took not only with all of our items but with our family was unmatched. The guys were incredible. They were on time, went above and beyond for our family again and again. I used them again when my husband and I moved again recently. Once again they proved they are the absolute best in the business. Strongest recommendation for this amazing company and everyone involved. Thank you for everything.

I was very happy with my whole experience moving with this company. Tyler was very friendly and gave me a quote quickly. Their prices are the best I found in the entire Columbia area (trust me, I called 20+ others). The two guys that actually moved me were very nice, extremely careful and super fast. They had my whole house packed into the truck in no-time. I was shocked at how quickly they finished the entire moving process. Also because they finished up quicker than estimated, my price was even lower than originally quoted. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys for making my out-of-state move completely painless!
