Don’t buy here. They rip you off. I bought 2 mags for my AR556. They charged me for 2 and only sent one inside a box with no invoice or sales receipt. When you try to use Chat or call their customer service no human interacts with you. The automated messages on multiple calls just state that they shipped from different warehouses and that the other magazine will ship soon. It has been over 2 months. You are better off driving to a brick and mortar store. I hold myself accountable for not doing that in the first place.

PSA, as far as this retail location, was pretty disappointing. Drove quite far to check it out. Was greeted with our AT&T Internet is down and credit only. I think to have that much faith in AT&T, to run a GUN store, is pretty odd. Can’t setup a hot spot? Then they didn’t have any Daggers 9mm in stock. Have on website in stock. Seem to care more about online sales. I guess that’s fine but why open all these retail locations? Also, not many employees helping with questions. Bunch of younger females hanging out behind counter with nothing to do. Two people sitting at rental space. Whole thing is very odd and disappointing. I’ll order a dagger but buy other guns and ammo at Academy. Academy is cheaper and better service.

I am new to the firearms world. I appreciate the patience of the staff. I ordered my glock 43x from the website & it arrived 2 days later.Recently, I was at the range & my gun was misfiring. I asked a gentlemen (I wish I remembered his name) who worked at the counter why it might be happening & on a busy sunday he took the time to look at my gun, show me how to take off the slide, explained some mechanics. He also oiled it & taught me as he did it (free of charge). My glock being new, was very stiff & gave him some trouble with the guide rail but he was patient, and happy to help. I wish I got the gentlemen’s name, he was very polite and I appreciate him and his time.Being new to it all, it can be very intimidating but the environment I have experienced is understanding, patient & informative. Thank you!

Ordered a few ar parts to finish a build I have going. Get an email saying that all or part of my order is non complaint with Co. Call them asking what was non complaint and they said the lower parts kit. Showed them I live in Douglas County Co and not Denver. They didn't care and had no one else I could talk to. Joke of a company. Can't even figure out state address. Makes you wonder about the parts they build.

It's a crying shame to have to drive 33 miles just to confirm an order that has been shipped to your favorite firearms store and being told that it hasn't been processed yet so you need to return in 2 days. They could at least have something on their store website where you can type in your order number to see if your order is ready yet.

I purchased a firearm online from Palmetto State Armory. The firearm was shipped to a local licensed gun store to do the transfer. When the firearm arrived, the magazines that was supposed to accompany the weapon was removed from the packaging. When I contacted Palmetto, they informed me that due to the laws in my state, they could not ship the magazines that come with the weapon (understandable). They claim that this is clearly stated on their website but I could not find their policy that states that exact statement even after thoroughly scouring their website. I am very aware of my state laws, and local gun shops import firearms that come with higher capacity magazines, and they can legally alter them to remain compliant with state laws. That is normally how local shops handle online orders. They said they are aware, but they will not support local shops and still refused to send the magazines to them. When asked if I could be credited, they stated that they will not credit me. I ended up having to buy the compliant magazines from them, unfortunately because they are the only store that ironically had them in stock. I strongly feel like they are okay with "ripping off" consumers in states with strict gun laws by misleading them on their website at the time of purchase. This policy needs to be clearly stated at the time of purchase to prevent matters such as this. No one in their customer service was willing to assist and they told me that I was out of luck. In conclusion, I paid Full price for an item, that was partially shipped. Because of their policy stated somewhere in their "terms and conditions" I cannot be made whole. I am aware that I cannot undercut state laws, but they have the ability to remain compliant by shipping the correct product which they stock and sell on their website. Essentially, they get to keep and re-sell items I paid them for as well as earn more money from me in order for me to utilize a product that did not arrive as advertised on their website. Buyer beware. Don't buy anything from this organization if you live in a state with strict gun laws. They are content in stealing from their consumers and blaming you (the consumer) for it.

I had purchased two sling adapters from Palmetto State Armory's website, both were defective. I called the customer service number and was told that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer directly. I then asked the CSR how I could review the product on their site to warn other consumers about it and she said she couldn't find it on her computer even though it was on mine and I clicked on it and could have purchased it again if I wanted (that would be a hard no). I find it untrustworthy and unethical for a company to not stand behind a product they sell and then to pretend they don't know how to review it. I was just going to warn other consumers not to buy the sling adapter, but now I'm advising them to steer clear of this company altogether.

I ordered an optic and was not impressed with it. I did everything required to return it. Weeks later, I'm still waiting for a refund. PSA's customer service is horrible!

I've been shopping here since I moved to SC over 10 years ago. Couple years ago I bought a master armorers kit. This Christmas my wife bought me one. Tried to return it. No dice.? On line sales gave me a 5% discount coupon to use on line. Rationale was that it was after 30 days. Yeah Christmas is more than 30 days after November 16th. Never buy from their on line sales again.

The Service was really Awful, Selection was decent but no one was around to talk or ask questions about anything to. I Stood at the Display case looking to Purchase a Leupold Scope for my new Sabre 10 and every worker just stared. I am an Active Duty Army Sergeant and I Highly Suggest finding another location to purchase your weapons, attachments, or equipment. Stores get busy and it's understandable, however to sit there and just be glared at when I'm trying to make a purchase was really rude and seems like they had problems serving Military personnel. Value for most of their products are a good deal but just expect to wait 2-4 hours before being seen. If you read this, this was my experience, I Sincerely hope yours is better. -SGT Blair

Takes your money and doesn't ship what you paid for. Customer service is non existent and I had to call my credit card company to get it charged back.

Service is OK if your not in a hurry. I suppose the value is there if you build your own but heaven forbid you buy off the rack. I was torn between buying an AR 15 or a Russian rifle. For what I wanted the salesman recommended the .556. Then he explained how the S&W was almost good as the Colt. Plus the S&W had a $100 rebate. I bought it. Then I filed the rebate in a timely manner with all the requirements. Six months later I am asking where is the rebate. S&W insist palmetto was just trying to move stock quickly. palmetto says S&W is lying because they are responsible for rebates. Neither one had a solution or were willing to help me on an $800 rifle. Somebody stole $100 from me and I know two companies I refuse to do business with in the future.

I have been a customer of PSA for at least 5 years. I even use to work in customer service. So, I selected fernandina road as my FFL on a purchase of a PSA Dagger. I received an email saying my firearm arrived. Came up here after work to pick it up. I was told that my firearm was in Summerville. The person on duty said they would take care of it. The next day Addie from Fernandina Road emailed me saying it was ready for pickup at Fernandina Road. Came back to the store and again it is not here and in transit. I live at least 20 miles away. That's 80 miles of gas wasted and two times I was not given accurate information. I have serious doubt about coming up here to pick it up they next time I get an email saying it is here. I will not give PSA my business any more. Nor will I recommend it to any one I know. I am retired from the military and a LEO. I will strongly discourage any agency from any purchases from PSA in the future. Rob
