They were rude and basically pushed us out the door as fast as possible. To top it all off they don’t even know when their own operating hours are. We walked in around 5:30pm (straight from work) for an adoption and was told they were closed for the day to adopt. On the door it says adoption hours 12-6…. If you don’t even know your own hours how do I expect you to properly care for my pet?Edit: the fact that I’ve now even gone through other reviews and this company chooses to reply to bad reviews in the most condescending way proves how high of a horse these people seem to be on.

Had to take my kitten in for a nail trim Saturday morning. Unfortunately had to wait for over an hour and a half in my car, but she was taken care of in a matter of minutes and back to me. Friendly staff, and only $15 for her trim. Great care with your pets and detailed instructions with any health visit. Lower cost services that other veterinarian offices.

I've lowered my rating to a 1, due to Pawmetto thinking they have the right to tell ppl they shouldn't leave bad reviews!! Reviews are to let the public decide for themself. Their reply is very arrogant! My fur baby is STILL sick thanks to their refusal to provide proper mefication! They refuse to let you accompany your pet in the exam room! What are they trying to hide!? The new vet doesn't even have the courtesy to come out and discuss your pets treatment with you! In researching her, she's been a vet for only 1-1/2 yrs since interning at Banfield. Pawmetto needs a Vet with alot more experience on staff to support and guide this new vet. A pet is already stressed and needs their pet parent with them, Beyond that I like to see how they're being treated and ask questions. I dont care for a tech constantly going back n forth unable to accurately discuss a treatment plan. I dont like having my conversation overheard by strangers or some tech acting like they know more about my pet than I do! Im paying a vet fee and expect to talk to one! They refused to give me a medication I know works for my pet and the previous highly experienced vet prescribed! Instead they adminstered an overpriced drug without my consent and without making me aware of risks or side effects. I've since read horror stories about this drug and potential harmful long term side effects! They failed to make me aware of any drug costs. This place used to be good with exams and proper medication. I'd rather pay more for care from a vet where I can actually SEE how my furbaby is being treated! I've been to many vets through my years of being a pet parent and I've never seen any place conduct themselves in such a cloaked manner.Reply to Pawmetto: my 'removed' tnr comment was based on your website stating "We only take 10 walk ins per day on a first come, first serve basis." I dont know how 10 turns into 92. Its hard to trap ferals. To do so and be turned away is upsetting. Others have commented on this. All the ferals brought in that you refuse, equate to hundreds of babies that could have been prevented. I was turned away and never saw the feral again, but I'm sure its around having babies!Your vet process isn't efficient. I've waited longer than at other vets who conduct their visits with pet parent in room. Its quicker to be there to ask questions and interact with vet, than to have to deal with time wasting relays by a tech. Our pets deserve full attention and not a vet who's in and out between rooms, which takes away the focus from treatment needed. The name and photo of your vet should be posted to website. Had I seen how inexperienced she is, I'd have thought twice about taking my pet there. Its a vets responsibility to address risks and side effects of any medication, NONE of this was done! Its cost was higher than what I'd have paid for SAFER medication. I was also charged $10 MORE for the same shot your onsite care van offers. The only thing reasonably priced was fee for the exam I never saw done! Instead you use my review as a platform for TNR, which I had edited out from my review, since I wanted to keep it on point regarding pet visit. I feel bad for the poor animals here waiting to be adopted. I wouldn't dissuade anyone from adopting, its not their fault they're homeless.

If you want you pet hacked to hell and back, send them here!! This place was an absolute circus. My sweet Winnie was whacked half way up her rib cage on one side of her body, looks like a 3 year old got their hands on hair clippers and went to town! When does a spay require the sides of the stomach to be shaved?? This is not my first dog to be fixed, and I would be absolutely embarrassed if this is how I handed someone their pet. There’s glue dragged across my girls stomach which I’m sure is not comfortable in the slightest. Don’t even get me started as to how they coral everybody at pick up and hold everyone for almost an hour as each person pays and then after that they begin to dismiss. You can see in the photos how bad of a hack job they did to my dog. Do NOT send your pet here!!

DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU... THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. THE MALE VET SCREAMED SHUT UP TO ONE OF MY DOGS REAPTLY !!! ALL I COULD HEAR IN THE EXAM ROOM WAS THE DR YELLING SHUT UP!!!!!!! Also I wanted to add that they actually have no earthly idea what the hell they're doing over there when they neutered male he was dripping blood for about 2 weeks I contacted my new vet and they told me that that was not a successful neuter. And when I took another dog in to get looked at there because i found starving to death on the street I asked them if they could do a complete blood panel to see if he has any organ damage they told me that his levels are out of whack from being nervous but his new vet told me that he in fact has organ damage and when I asked them how old he looked they said three to five years old but I got a DNA test on him and he is in fact 8 months also they told me that he had a infestation of hookworms they gave me two little pills thinking that that would kill them when I took him to his new vet they said he still has hookworms stay away from here they're going to say I'm lying to protect themselves... I definitely regret trusting them with my dogs their money hungry and they don't give a damn about any animals.

It's OK. Had an advertisement that at first they didn't honor when we adopted. I called later, which you cannot get to anyone so I left a message, and they agreed to honor it. The lady helping us basically discouraged us from getting the one we got. Then, when we came back to get him neutered the instruction in the email were not what the facility wanted, so that was a confusing mess. Seemed unprofessional.

Words cannot describe how much Ashley and Libba helped me and my cat magnolia. I adopted magnolia on a Friday and she started vomiting for the next 4 days that followed so I took her back and they did everything they could for her and sent her to the hospital to be checked out. When she came back they gave me almost $200 worth of prescription food for her and didn’t ask me to pay a dime for the services. They truly love animals here and I am forever grateful for their kindness. Thanks again :)

Had my dog neutered, a 5-year-old English bulldog/Boston terrier. Had no issues with the surgery. Registration was easy. The price was reasonable.

Rip off. Did not notify of appointment date. Would not reschedule unless we paid additional $100 appointment fee. Can never get anyone on the phone and it takes 2 to 3 business days for a return phone call.
