I brought my cats in to get their nails trimmed (walk-in service) and Savannah did an amazing job! My kitten doesn’t really let me trim her nails, and my adult cat is a bit more tolerant, but I’m afraid of trimming too short. It was so nice to be able to bring them in and be in and out quickly with a great result!

The Petco on Percival Rd. in Columbia SC is my personal favorite. The aquatic staff is very knowledgeable and FRIENDLY. The saltwater set up is amazing with plenty of supplies. Beth and her team have been very welcoming towards my family and I. I have a Petco located closer but this one in Columbia is well worth the extra drive time for quality of knowledge and excellent customer service.

The Petco on Colburg Rd in Charleston SC is my personal favorite. The aquatic staff is very knowledgeable and FRIENDLY. Kevin and his team have been very welcoming towards my family. I have a Petco located closer but this one in Charleston is worth the extra drive time for quality of knowledge and customer service.

I stopped at PetCo to buy some antlers for my dogs. They had a limited selection. I ended up buying the Kong antlers. My dogs love them.

The groomer did an amazing job. Especially explaining her professional opinion on shaving our pup. She walked up through the process. Kept us informed. She did a much better job than other Petco locations we’ve tried. I believe her name is Savannah.

This place is not a good experience I go here once a week to get crickets but I just want to get crickets and go and I am more than willing to pay whatever cost they need but they make it really hard to get a workers attention thus making it hard to pay them.so really I want to pay them but they make that hardEdit I see whatever digital robo thing that is leaving a comment on everyones post but Petco will always make sure it's harder to buy crickets plus workers are always a little attitude stuck and it almost seems that they are trying to do everything but help an additionThey always have some problem that makes it impossible to leave such as MOVING THE DANG CRICKETS.

I have worked in several Petco locations. I have shopped at several others. Today I went into Petco 110 Percival Rd in Columbia, SC and was AMAZED at how clean and neat the store was. I was so impressed that I told the employees and the general manager what a great job they're doing. I would definitely recommend this Petco above any other I have ever been to or worked at. GREAT JOB STORE #02518!!! You are a model store for sure!!!

Ms. Kat did such an awesome job with my Pop’s unsocialized, anxious German Shepherd. I felt somewhat guilty but Ms Kat was so accommodating and welcomed this sweet dog. My Pop was so appreciative of the surprise and the best nails he has seen his doggy have, which is never bc after a couple of attempts my Pop gave up. Thank you Ms Kat!! Hurricane looks even more GORGEOUS than he already is!!!

Unappealing store in a bad area. Plus three quarters of the store is for dogs with things for cats shoved into one corner, including one wall of overpriced run of the mill toys. Staff members don't know much about pets or their own store ..asked one woman for help finding something and she had no clue. I ended up finding it myself and she seemed genuinely surprised to discover that the section where it was existed. Save money and have a better experience by just getting a Chewy online account.

I am so glad that they got my dog's favorite toy brand.. my dog loves every toy that squeaks and kills it. These toys are the best that we have ever bought. It lasted longer, and the squeaker still works ? They also have some dog treats that go per pounds.. my dog loves them ❤️

Today I purchased two pets and all their supplies from petco. Everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly!! Special shout out to Cita, her customer service is top tier and she was very knowledgeable about the pets I was purchasing and gave me some tips and care instructions. I highly recommend this petco location!
