Yesterday I came to put my belongings in my storage; only to discover that I drove across town to lose my lock keys! But Bill and Ty both took great care of me and I was able to get a new lock! This location is clean and has the best people here. Where customer service has been lacking everywhere, there’s no shortage of great service here. Thank you Bill and Ty!

Woman behind counter asks you to rate her personally and everyone does giving that person high marks but what they are really doing is dishonest manipulation to give the business a high score. Come on who rates an employee on Google. Fake way to get high ratings for the business. They entice you with relatively low rate but soon thereafter it starts going up up up. Don’t trust this business

I had my things in storage for three years and did not enter my unit until ready to remove everything. They had gone up on the price. I found rat droppings and urine in the unit & in my furniture and boxes. They had chewed up
everything. All was ruined.
I was very disappointed after three years they took no responsibility. I'm out of my money and lost my possessions being both sentimental and valuable to me!!!!
After talking to others about this problem I found I'm not the only one to have this experience with Public Storage!
I feel like others need to know and be aware!
