Publix ABSOLUTELY FAILED ME. I really wanted to do something special and new for my wife's birthday this year and they completely drop the ball. What I asked for vs what they give me (see pictures). $60 plus dollars for something I don't/ didn't want smh.

Prescriptions are NEVER ready when we get texts saying they are in fact ready. Every time it’s blamed on the doctors office. Interesting in that this happens across multiple doctors offices. Not sure if they are just understaffed or what but communication is lacking.

Beware of the Weekly Flyer "scams" at this location. I visited this store today with a shopping list created on the Publix app and loaded with several deals that started today. I began noticing that several of the main items I specifically came to purchase were either not on sale at all or had the terms significantly changed ("buy one get one free" had become "buy TWO get one free", etc.). When I asked the checkout staff why this was the case, they said Publix adjusts their sales based on location. There can only be one reason that I can think of why they would do that. This store is located in an affluent section of Columbia, so Publix obviously does not feel compelled to offer customers at this location the same deals available at other locations in town. This leaves a very bad taste with me and I will definitely be shopping at the nearby Lowes and Fresh Market from now on.

I had a prescription sent over before 3 pm on Friday afternoon when I went to pick it up on Saturday before noon it was still not ready. They told me it would take 25 minutes, when I went back again it was still wasn't ready. That meant that I had to wait in line 3 different times before the prescription was ready. When I got home, I realized that it was only 14 pills! GEE-my 7 year old grandson could have counted out 14 pills quicker than that. Yikes.

Poor communication. If there is an issue with your Rx they will not notify you. They just don’t fill it and move on. Prescriptions aren’t ready on time which is sad because they already take over 24 hours to fill them.

I ordered a cake for my bday & i arrived exactly on time to find that my cake looked old, the icing was very uneven and the design was so sloppy & ugly. i had the woman redo it which she was kind about but i still hated the cake and left with it anyway because i was over it.. then i get home and MY CAKE IS DRY (even if i warm it up) im annoyed this is honestly the worst cake ive gotten from them & i actually purchase one every year

Usually love shopping here, but today not pleasant. They had a wine marked as clearance with clearance price. It did not ring up as clearance. Bobby went with me to check and said vine did have tag with clearance. Bobby said it was wrong and he couldn't do anything! I said you need to remove tag. He said only wine people could not Publix. Bobby never said sorry we wasted your time, etc. Very unprofessional and condescending!

This Publix was an awesome store at one time. The pharmacy is absolutely horrible and the customer service in the store is poor at best. Long lines to check out and only three registers open. Do not recommend shopping here.

Doesn't matter how early your call in a prescription, it's always going to be at least 30 minutes after you get there. Every single time. Without fail. I've had things called in the day before and I've still had to wait.

Worst Publix …. Ordered online a sub waited (15 mins)with all the workers just ignoring my presence. Proceeds to the lady to see where is the sub is at for her to tell me to give her a second (waits 10 more minutes)… left. Waited all in total 40 minutes for a simple sub … not worth it… also where telling people that the wings were gonna take 30 mins when 5 mins later where done putting them out one by one.

Publix is always great and the deli is always top notch so it was refreshing to have the usual excellent service in the deli this evening. Joshua helped me and did a fabulous job. Cheese, roast beef, ham, chicken. All sliced to order quickly, as I wanted and wrapped properly. The rest of the store is clean, bright and we'll stocked. The cart corrals were all empty and plenty of carts to grab at the door. Checkout was quick too! Five stars for this Publix.

extremely disappointing experience at this Publix today. walked in to grab a cart, a woman who worked there (presumably in charge of the carts) came up behind me and proceeded to yell (yes, yell) “EXCUSE ME, EXCUSE ME, EXCUSE ME!” in the nastiest possible tone as I actively tried to move out of her way so she could bring more carts in. It’s not as if I didn’t hear her, the first time she said excuse me I audibly said sorry and began to move out of her way yet she continued to shout at me? grabbed what I needed and got out of there quick!

The folks in the pharmacy are always helpful and efficient. So glad I switched from CVS.THANK to everyone there!
