Ordered curb side multiple times , however they Keep messing up my order , I was going to let it slide like I always do , but this time I tried calling the store to let them know , no one answers the phone and if they do they’ll put you on hold and then don’t come back.

My wife and I go to this restaurant routinely. We have learned to expect consistent quality seafood. However on this visit everything was overcooked. Fried seafood items were dark brown and dried out. The fish was tough and inedible around the edges. Our course seafood looses its taste when overcooked. What a shame that someone in the kitchen could be so inattentive to their job. It is not difficult to cook seafood properly. The bigger shame is that they served it to us in this condition. Where is the competence and pride? We might have complained and got a do-over, but we were already an hour and half into our visit and were starved. Buyer beware. Your mileage may vary.

The attitude of the host was extremely poor. No one else was waiting to be seated.Walked us through the restaurant to the kitchen, bypassing a lot of empty tables. Put him to work in the back of restaurant away from customers or hire someone that wants to work. We left without being seated or served.

VERY Rude host. First snubbed our party. Then when asked by another employee, the host came back and tried to lead us through the restaurant to the kitchen. Terrible service. We won’t eat at a place that has employees with that kind of attitude. Wouldn’t dare try the food. We left. Horrible service.

The Host met me with a cheerful hello and playful banter; then he directed me to the bar to p/u my Togo at 11am today. The manager w/charm and poise greeted me at the bar and asked are u here for that big ToGo order? With in a few minutes it was brought up by staff. The lovely bartender rung me out with one swift swipe of my card at ninja lightning speed. Manager asked the host to help me carry out my treasures for our family party this evening. It was a beautiful choreographed dance of service and razor sharp accuracy by this team.Thank you all. I’m speechless.-Angie (15 year Vet of Food n Bev industry).

Server was great. He even went out of his way to wipe my table, which was dirty when I sat down . Food was okay. Ambiance horrible. Restaurant was dark and smelly. Furniture old. Music was old. Even the silverware was old. I have to find another seafood restaurant. I'llnever go there again!.

The service was bad. The wait time was too long for a party of 8 even after making a reservation, they said it would it would be 20 minutes of wait time but they still weren't ready by then and they also said there weren't enough servers. So we had to sit in 2 different tables to get service. The food was okay, but the rice was raw, and they also ran out of pepsi.

It wasn't busy at all yet we had to wait for everything, took forever to get refills on drinks, got the endless shrimp deal. Took over 30 minutes for our food to come, then getting more shrimp was a hassle..we would sit there waiting to place and order then another 10-15 minutes for food to come out. The people that ordered to go orders were waiting 45 minutes plus for their food passed their pick up times due to not having biscuits ready. I over heard one guy asking to cancel his order that it had already been 2 hours since his pick up time and it still was not ready.
