The server was very friendly. The food wasn't up to par. Orderdes the coconut shrimp appetizer which was good. I ordered the salmon and it seemed a bit dry and over cooked. The green beans really didnt have any flavor and the mashed potatoes seemed as if they had been sitting for a while. I can say the biscuits were amazing as usual.

I had a to go order and they said it was ready when I got there the bartender said no its not ready yet they still making some of your food. I like that my food was fresh but hate that they told me my order was ready and had to sit there a whole extra 15 min

Terrible staff and service. Ordered All you can eat shrimp and only got one tray after an hour and a half. The waitress said she had five tables to deal with was her excuse for no refills the entire meal.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. The food was supposed to be ready by 9pm. I'm sitting out in the parking lot and it looked like nobody would be calling me or coming outside so I called and nobody answered the phone ever, EVER. So I walked inside and told the hostess I am there for an online order. She sent me to the bar to wait. I waited there for like 20 minutes until someone *finally* came over and asked my name. Don't get your hopes up though, it took an hour after I placed my order online to actually receive it, which was 9:30pm or close to that time. I was not given a drink or anything while I waited way past my pickup time. The order was accurate and good, but i will not be ordering here again unless they do a better job at time management and being more organized. They do not manage online or phone orders well when it comes to time so please be aware of this. Give them at least 1 hour or 1.5 hrs from the time you order to at least have the food ready. Otherwise, you are going to be disappointed when you find out you will be waiting for a while.

5 ? customer service. Food was close. Rice was chip your teeth hard, and crab was over done. Appetizers and rest of the entrees were awsome!

Wow! I know there is a pandemic going on, but why is Red Lobster even open if they cannot provide better service? Twice in two weeks I have ordered To Go for my disabled son. Both times the food was not ready when I arrived. In fact, I am certain it wasn't even prepared until after I arrived. Service is disjointed and the wait staff, while fairly civil, seems confused or overwhelmed...and there were only 8 people inside the restaurant when I went last week. Oh...and the door was locked so I called and the girl asnwering the phone said she would get someone to open the door. Nobody came. I finally got in when another customer walked out. Then I had to wait about 40 minutes for them to cook the food even though I had orderd by phone 40 minutes before. . I was told on the phone that I could park curbside, call them once I arrived, and they would bring food out to me. Uh, I saw no curbside service. When I gave the cashier my cerdit card he hit cash...thank goodness I had the cash in my pocket. One more thing....their app doesn't work! The only positive thing I can say is my son enjoyed the food, but I cannot patronize a restaurant that tells you To Go order will be ready at 6:20 and it isn't ready until an hour later. The management of Red Lobster needs to take note of how Olive Garden provides service. The difference is like day and night.

Food- 4 Very good and tasty. Got shrimp and linguine.Experience- 2 I ordered online and selected curbside service for 45 minutes after order. When I arrived I called and was told they’re not doing curbside service. Went inside and had to another 45 minutes. I’m assuming they don’t start the order until you arrive. Disappointing.

Literally sitting here during our meal watching a server take their mask off, eat food with a gloved hand, put food to her mouth with said hand, scan the room to make sure no one is looking and continuing to eat. Never changed their gloves. Used a napkin out of a huge basket near the window where the biscuits come out of. Touching everything on the table including their designated payment method which is a tablet. To say I'm grossed out is an understatement, ESPECIALLY with everything that's going on. Using those hands to roll silverware as well, again NEVER CHANGED HER GLOVES. NEVER coming back.

Red Lobster has completely gone down hill. Ordering to go was the most irritating experience I’ve EVER had with any restaurant. The professionalism and courtesy was almost nonexistent. As if that wasn’t enough, my Salmon New Orleans and sides was tasteless and plated extremely sloppy. I understand it’s to go, so it won’t be the same as if I dined in, but it just looked thrown together. The lobster pizza could’ve stayed in the oven longer and the biscuits were over-baked. I am extremely displeased with my overall experience. The 1 star is for the girl that bought out my food because she had a pleasant attitude. Besides that I would give this location ZERO STARS. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE QUALITY SERVICE AND FOOD WORTH THE PRICE.

Biscuits was great. But the new shrimp the Nashville Hot was not hot in the way of flavor but I could taste the honey. Probably would have been better if we dined in and not a pickup order. They need more than one person at the to go spot.

Mother’s Day was the worst experience ever! Paid 80$ for cold and dried up food!! No discount no refund sent several emails! No response we were always a loyal customer but no more waited 4 hours for garbage!!

I was highly disappointed in the quality and service given at this Red Lobster. I ordered two Ultimate Feast and it was horrible. I got sick off of the food. I called and was told by one manager to bring the receipt and I could get my money back or another order of food, which I definitely did not want. When I arrived the manager tells Dernell who was another manager she said bring the food and receipt. That was not what she said . Dernell states we had to bring the food in. He also said if we had paid with a credit card we could get the money back. I'm like what's the difference between giving me my cash or putting the money on a card?? This was almost $70 down the drain and we live more than 30 minutes away. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMEONE IN THE BACK!! We are usually regulars at this restaurant but in all honesty we usually come with my mom who knows a few people there so the food is usually good. The service and food was horrible this time.

I go with my wife to this nice place quite often! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot routinely. The cooking is excellent, the workers are polite and the cost is fair. I like going in this spot for a rich supper.

Service by the waitress was good although she was new, but everything else was terrible. They were out of basically EVERYTHING including paper towels in the bathrooms. My food was terribly overcooked and didn't taste good. We were constantly missing food out of my party's orders, utensils and other tools to eat the food. I spent $180 and that was the absolute worst visit I've ever had there! They would have been better off closing their doors and waiting on a truck so they could restock.

Absolutely Horrible, Overseasoned, overpriced nastiness. $152 dollar mistake. First and last time I have eaten there. Lobster was like chewing bubblegum, all I could taste was massive amounts of salt on everything. I ordered the ultimate surf and turf, also the ultimate seafood bake.... .everything was just horrible. Will never, ever eat at another red lobster.

Disappointing. The seafood was fried hard. The brocolli was hardly cooked at all. Our server was very cordial and attentive. I guess we hit them on a bad day. They werent overly busy, but service was a bit slow. The cheddar bay biscuits were and usually are amazing.

First restaurant that I got up and left before I was even served. Waited 35 minutes on a Wednesday night to be seated. We sat for 10 minutes at our table before the waiter came to ask what we wanted to drink. Waiter came by twice apologizing for taking so long. Waiter never brought out silverware, or the Drinks we ordered, nor the appetizer we ordered, also no bead, no crackers, no anything. After 35 minutes at our table and still nothing, we decided to leave. As we were leaving our waiter finally brought out our tea that was ordered 35 minutes earlier, with the excuse that there were no clean glasses in the kitchen. He also told the wife that they were out of the coleslaw that was part of her entree. A seafood restaurant with no coleslaw? We told the waiter that we were hungry and couldn't wait any longer. We left. I am 64 and I have traveled the country, and the world as an Army Officer. This was a first for me.

I have never had a good experience here. The lobster soup tastes like baby food to me. Yesterday spent 85.00 on two meals and the lobster tail cut in have on a skewer was smaller than my index finger and there were 2 pieces of steak that looked like pulled off another plate... a srak of mash potatoes on top of a baked potato that had nothing in it.. not sure yet ... rice was not done....

We ordered iced tea but got sweet tea by the host which is a no no for our sugar free diet. We got our salads quickly but the wait time was long on our entree and the table next to us complained about that and not getting their order right. We ordered scallops but they came out breaded which is not acceptable on our Keto diet. The entree portion size was not equal for us even though we ordered the same exact thing however our waitress made everything right for us. They were busy though so these things happen sometimes and we were happy after it was all said and done.

I waited for an hour and still haven't received my food. I only seen the waitress twice since I been seated. My tea started to taste like water because I was waiting so long. After awhile the waitress came over to me and said" my food should be out shortly"! I ask her to bring me a to-go box. I understand the kitchen was back up, but I should not had to wait an hour to find out. I ask her h what much for the tea and left. This is my second time with bad experiences with Red Lobster and I doubt if I g ok back to you facility.

WORST RED LOBSTER experience I’ve had in 20 years. Literally had to ask for biscuits due to them being out and it wasn’t a full house. Upon getting my food my lobster was overcooked. My rice was hard and my side of broccoli came ten mins after receiving my food. My server was pleasant but the manager was dismissive. After speaking with her about my issues she compensated 20% which is okay if you are fine paying 20$ for half a lobster tail and 7 shrimp. Also she never came back to the table to see if I was okay with the actions taken. Safe your time and money and cook your own seafood.

This Red Lobster was amazing. The service was fast and the server Linda was wonderful. She is a real jewel at this location. I highly recommend going to this location.
