I came in to buy some rims and left with 24s for the best price ever. The manager behind the counter went above and beyond to ensure a good deal and my satisfaction. Personally I will send anyone who needs help with tires there any day of the week!

I was in a major bind needing a rim and NO ONE in the greater Columbia could help me… except Karl! He entered like a superhero in the night and not only did he have a rim for me, it was extremely beautiful rim! He went above and beyond what was expected! My family and I thank you Karl! If you need rims and tires then you found your place, Karl WILL have what you need or will make it happen!

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales person (thanks Nelson!). The installer did a superb jog changing over the tires to my new rims. No damage whatsoever! Highly recommend this establishment for rims and changeovers!

I am doing this review February 26th 2025 but I should have done it much sooner! Absolutely the worst customer service a company can have! Karl wasted so much of our time being so irresponsible! first He said he would be there so we could come by to look at some custom rims on their website. Guess what, he was not there and the staff there was no help and only tried to sell us rims they had on the floor which we did not want! I requested Karl call us back and guess what? he never did. I called him 6 times and left him messages and still no return call. Against my better judgement we tried one more time and told the person who answered the phone not to give him a message but to go tell him we are the phone now and we need to speak with him. When he picked up I told him the name of rims we were supposed to come look at and we called him many times. I also let him know we never got a return phone call. He had no response, and he also tried to get us to purchase wheels they had on the floor. He even went as far to criticize the Forgiato rims we were interested and said they were very overpriced and took months to get. I still requested that he give us the price on them. And guess what? he never did but thankfully we knew not to trust him. So we made one call to another company and was able to get the product we wanted in a very reasonable time frame. PS.....Actually, I am glad this happen because their poor customer service led me to start looking elsewhere and I have found out from many people that their quality of work/service has dropped considerably and is very poor.

Rob and his team are absolutely amazing. I bought a set of rims from RNR in columbia sc and it was the second worst buying experience of my life. The first worst buying experience was the first set of rims I bought from them. I'm good to go now.

Dont do business with these people real crooks i bought 4 tires and rims cash from this location. They never balance them or nothing just out the tires on and took my money. Save your money
