Great selection on colors and nail and beauty supply. Well organized and stocked store. Went here during weekdays had no problem about hours.

At the store now this is the 3rd time I've come here during the weekend open hours and no one is here. Clearly states on the door it doesn't close till 6pm.I would say this is the first time ,but considering I've come by here 3 times today . That means no one ever opened. Apparently Sally's needs to hire people or Sally's doesn't treat them well anyways. Now I have to wait another day to get the toner I need.

Here 3 pm on a Sat, store is closed with a be back in 30 minutes sign but doesn't say when they left. And they won't answer the phone , can see people in the store.

They close at 10 mins early and will not open the door for customers. Will literally sit at the counter ignoring you. Truly unprofessional

Google and Apple Maps both take you to Olive Garden, instead of the store. Even calling the store line, we couldn’t get anyone and the automated line just confirmed the (Olive Garden) address. Complete waste of time.

It seems like most of the time the employees are trying to be helpful but they just aren't knowledgeable enough which likely isn't their fault. On a company-wide level, they really need to train their employees better. Most of them are very unfamiliar with the products - which isn't their fault if they haven't used it or been familiarized with it. This isn't the only Sally store with this issue. But I go to places like Sephora and most of them are very knowledgeable about the products, the ingredients, what to use and how to use it for specific needs. I realize these are two different stores but it boils down to employee training. So, i don't blame the employees, it seems like theyre doing the best they can, but the company as a whole should really provide them with more knowledge and resources about each product if they really want them to be able to help customers.
