On 1/2724, the vehicle techs reaked havoc on all my rims. Plus I was told by the techs there may be an issue with my front passenger tire stem/lug nuts. I purchased the tires from this club and all rotation and balance requirements were done at this same Sam's. Not to mention that the time before last, two of my rims were damaged. I was not happy, mentioned it, but let that ride. On this day of service I mentioned to the tech about that incident and asked that they please be very careful. Well, they totally disregarded my request and went to town on ALL my rims. I spoke with Store Mgr. Gerald Stevens on the same day and he assured me that Sam's insurance company will be contacting me to get my rims fixed. Needless to say I have NOT heard from Sam's insurance company. I have placed numerous calls to get this issue resolved, but continue to get the run around. From the beginning to now this form of customer service is unacceptable!! Gerald Stevens need to be a man of his word! This has always been my Sam's for the last 20 years, but I will no longer support this Sam's! I am hurt and offended!!!Update: Personally spoke with Ni (?) today (2/15/24). She took time to show me that Gerald actually reached out to the insurance company the day after the incident and again on Feb. 2nd. She explained to me that the process can take a while. She also provided answers to every question I had to include providing the insurance company's number. Talking with Ni today makes me feel better knowing that Gerald Stevens actually did what he said. There maybe a resolve after all. Lesson here is that the lack of communication with me on Gerald's part can turn something bad to worse AND that my having a little more patience in the process; just because something happens in real-time doesn't mean it will get resolved as quickly as I think it should. Selah!

For them to be a bulk shopping store it was a lot missing. I couldn't find no banana peppers or jalapeños. 3 of da workers didn't know anything about where everything was at

I know the staff has no control over it,but maybe it will make it to Corp somehow:The fake cheese in your pizza is horrible, you need a different cheese option it melts into a sticky gunk and doesn't have a good flavor. Otherwise you're pizzas are great,just wish I could swap the cheese with something edible...I'm also rating you for slow pickup, it's not the staffs fault, seems to be management and poor app integration on the backend.Always a hour or more behind. Staff are using broken phones in the back with glass cracks, this is just observation from my interactions with staff trying to get my orders.In general though the place seems understaffed which is probably the state of the next generation and working honestly,but something needs done. The ones you have are seemingly trying but lines growing miles long on customer service and pickups.Might be worth digitizing returns and whatnot as much as possible to free staff burden. Drop off returns ect..General merchandise also has a issue,we have had to change brands repeatedly over price changes or completely dropped items.Overall building is clean,but I know a few instances where I've questioned the cleanliness of the food area in particular, I walked away one time because of flies,and I think most people can see the traps for pests. It's not uncommon in food areas but it could use a better scrub and some fresh paint

Today there no one available to help outside at the tire center. I Waited approximately 28 minutes for assistance. A young passed by but never said he would return. Eventually, I left very disappointed. Generally service is much better at this store.

My issue is with in store good, we ordered supreme pizza and it almost had no pepperoni, very little meat, a lot of onion. It tasted like onion and cheese pizza. Sadly we saw that only when came home .

everyone including in the kitchen is very unhelpful. had a food item break open in container while shopping and instead of helping us swap it out for a new one we were sent to member services 3 times

Unacceptable!!! Went to order two pizzias and was told I was only allowed to order one pizzia due to closing time being 8pm. It was 645pm and I watched another person walk out with five pizzias in front of me. I then asked whos policy was this and was it is the stores. I will be speaking to management about this policy because I have never heard of this one!

Our neighborhood Sam's Club! I love Sam's they always have what I need. They might do a product change here and there, but still very accommodating. Good prices on bulk items.

Clean but packed like usually on Sunday.Make sure you look at the exp dates because just today I found two items in the cold section that are only good for two more days

I always love my trips to this Sams club. But this most recent time, I didn’t. The one thing that I don’t really like is when I’m harassed by the sales people. Especially the AT&T people that were there Saturday, July 1. They were just doing their job but didn’t want to take no thanks for an answer.

I really enjoy the prices and convenience of shopping at Sam's. That said, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have recently had problems with my knee so on this visit I had to use the scooter cart. While trying to maneuver, I kept in countering the stock persons pushing large, wheeled hand trucks through the rather narrow isles. I kept backing up, moving out of the way, backing up, moving out of the way. I was about finished with my shopping, but needed to get one more item from the freezer section. As I was moving forward, one of the stock persons dragging a large wheeled handtruck, came forward toward me. I stopped and then he waved me to back up. It would've been easier for him to let me go past. It would've taken all of five seconds. Then, an even larger, motorized stock, truck came toward me. I held up my hand as it to say, hold on don't run over me. The guy kept coming staring right at me. Another Sam's employee said "ma'am, back up before he runs over you! " There was no place for me to go. Several customers in the area stated that he could have stopped and let me pass. I ended up almost backed into the corner of one of the freezers. I thought that was very rude. I ended up leaving without my package.

Usually don’t leave bad comments but the bakery isn’t clearly putting out items as they use to. I went to go get a premade cake or something sweet Wednesday and the cake cooler had absolutely nothing in it at 12am. It’s been that way for awhile now. Disappointing bc the other Sam’s had several to choose from.
