I normally shop at this location but it has been overrun with so many kids. I walked in and immediately got anxiety with the store having roughly 50 kids between the ages of 8-12. I wanted to restock my perfume collection and waited roughly 15 minutes for assistance after asking... baby I'm good, I'll shop somewhere else.

I visited this store to get the Dior lip oil upon walking in the store an associate greeted me, asked if I needed help and I told her “no ma’am, I’m fine”. While I walked to the area to retrieve the lip oil. As I was standing at the shelf I saw her walk to the end of where I was standing and the entire time I was there I could see her out of the corner of my eyes peeping looks at me and if I went to pick up a product she would stare at me as if she thought I was going to steal it. So I went to ask her for help just to see if she would go away though i knew where the oil was, she in fact did not go away she continued to do the same thing so i started towards the fragrance section and she started following me but luckily a shopper asked her for help. The overall experience was uncomfortable.

Need more training if they are going to provide services.Staff was nice and helpful but I made a mistake when I let them wax my brows. They are uneven. Kept putting wax over the same spots. First and last time getting services from them.

Bigger selection of products online. Sales people are knowledgeable, but they either ignore you or are pushing customers to buy things they don’t need. No one is ever at the register so I end up buying from Ulta or online because no one is ever there to check out.

I visited Columbiana location and was so very appreciative of the professional, personable and kind staff. Angie you were THE BEST and really know your stuff beautiful lady! Michaela thanks for recommending the skin match and 30 minute time with Angie. To the manager on site today I didn't get your name but loved the bunny ears vibe. Blessings to all!

Very rude workers that followed me around the WHOLE time, their store was very small in selection so I recommend another store. Workers are VERY VERY VERY rude. When I voiced my concern about a worker being rude and following me around they ignored it and made excuses and talked bad about customers.

I love Sephora but had a poor experience with Lexie and the girl with the short red hair over $2.14. They refused to help and provide options for a return & purchase.They told me they couldn’t pull up an order without the card used but when I shared I’ve had it done they were able to pull it up. Then they lied that they couldn’t do a return without having the original card which I’ve seen done before in the form of a gift card and different card. Poor customer service. Oh and did I mention this was all to avoid a $2.14 return after my exchange

Overall I am satisfied with Sephora. However, it would be nice to inform customers that you are about to charge them for a shade matching service. Instead of hitting them at the end with a $30 cost they were not made aware of until they purchased matched products. Then to top it off I paid $30 for a service where the service provider sprayed make up remover spray on instead of setting spray. Basically making this $30 service worth nothing, cause now this make up is just coming off. Please do better next time.

I enjoy my purchase a lot, but the employees are very overbearing. Some shoppers like to shop individually & not have someone following their every move, especially in the fragrance section. Good experience, but employees are pushy.
