The staff here was super helpful with advising us on what painting supplies we needed, as well as helping us get a ton of dark paint quickly and reaching out to other store locations to make it happen. We kept coming back so much for more paint or more supplies or to re-think our color choices for the 100th time that I'm pretty sure nearly every worker here helped us at one point.

My wife and I where repainting our kitchen island and needed to match a five year old Pro Classic oil based paint. Connor handled it great, but he did not have quart size in his store. He called and located it at the Broad River store. The paint was mixed and shaken at the store. When we painted the island the color and sheen was way off. When I checked the can the base paint did not get mixed when it was shaken. There was about one still in the bottom of the can. I did not have confidence in the Broad River Rd location, seeing how it left there not properly mixed. Went back to the Highway 6 location for help. Connor remember us and worked to resolve the problem and educate us about paint and painting projects. Connor went well above what was needed. Connor is a true testament to his training, commitment to Sherman Williams and it’s products, along with a true care for the customer. This is a very rare in today’s world. A SW customer for life! Brianna greeted us so warmly and friendly; we felt as ease just talking to her. We never felt like we asked a silly question, or whatever. It was a pleasant experience, and I will continue to do business at this store.

Rudest person in customer service I have ever come across. Was argumentative when we were asking basic questions. Not the least bit helpful. So disappointed as we always have a wonderful experience with Sherwin Williams

First time to this store. Friendly and very helpful service. Kicks the box store's butt. Don't waist your time buying off name paint. If you're going to do it then do it right. I'll testify to Sherwin-Williams exterior paint quality... goes on easy, great finish and long durability.
