Great car wash and excellent customer service. Devon welcomed us, helped us with our app., and periodically stopped by while we vacuuming to ask if we needed anything. I noticed that he continued to do so with everyone who was at the car wash. He is detailed- oriented, caring employee. The car wash grounds are very clean, and the wash and vacuums are industrial.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I love this car wash. I am a member of the storm wash club. I visit the Two Notch Rd location weekly. What’s great is the wash is thorough-lots of soap and wax; towels, cleaners, and air fresheners are provided; and customer service by Tyrique is top notch!

Great place. Powerful vacuums! I've been to a lot of these car washes and the vacuums are usually an afterthought. Great value for the money.

I had a great experience at Hurricane Car Wash on Hardscrabble. The manager was very helpful and professional. I was pleased with the cleanliness and shine of my vehicle. The vacuum suction was great. Towels were available for drying. Lastly, the membership is very reasonable. I would recommend that you patronize Hurricane Car Wash.Services: Vacuuming

Pay kiosk was stuck on a screen. They said it would take a half hour to restart it so they gave the line of cars a free wash. Seemed like a decent wash, too!

Paid $22 for a car wash. Went through and the vehicle was not clean. After approaching the employee he told me to use a rag and wipe off the rest of the dirt. Absolutely poor customer service and not worth the money spent.

Using this car wash was a great experience. They have strong vacuums, provide towels to wipe your vehicle as well as your windows and they also provide you with bottles of glass cleaner. Just before you enter the car wash they give you a air freshener for your car with their logo on it. There is also a separate area where you can vacuum your car if you don't want to wash it.

I like hurricane. They have very powerful vacuums. I do wish that they still offered a less expensive wash than $12.

Excellent experience! Love the changes with the new ownership and management. They have implemented towels and make sure everything is clean for you! The vehicle prewash process is very thorough now with the manual brushing. I met Deon the new manager today and he even gave me free air fresheners for my truck. Kudos to him!

Paid $4 extra for foam brush b4 it starts and he only British my front and rear windows. He didn’t even hit the car or the sunroof at all. Don’t spend nothing extras here go to sparkle on two notch rd. They don’t even have free towels for u to wipe down like two notch drive thru wash

The car wash is fine but the workers need to get there early to prep the car wash. I was there 10 minutes before opening. The automatic car wash drive through was fine I only purchased the $10 package so I didn't inspect my car because at other washes like these I paid for the top service and my car still will have dirt or dust ok it. The vacuum was clogged with plenty of junk so I had to unclog it. There are no mat cleaner machine. There also are not microfiber clothes to clean the car or the window cleaner.

The car wash is good although they have raised their prices a bit. In addition, there's no public restroom! I had to go in the woods near the car wash.

The staff is friendly but the wash itself is just ok, at best. I paid for the "better wash" (it suppose to clean the wheels, done the tires and apply wax. It didn't do a very good job.
