I went to Spectrum to return my DVR and the other box as I decided to cut the cable after the two week absence of several channels that I actually pay for the cable service for.I had called customer service immediately after the channels were removed.I was told I would get a whopping $10.00 credit on my $270+ cable bill but when I got my next statement the bill had actually increased to over $290.00.That did it, the next day I unplugged the boxes subscribed to a streaming service and said good bye to Spectrum Cable.I do however continue using Spectrum internet since they gave me good pricing and enhanced speeds for the next year.The customer service rep was very helpful and understood my frustration with the cable service. I was also offered pricing to switch my mobile phone service. Maybe…..

Came about 5:30pm on a Thursday, only had to wait ~10min. Representative was very nice and helpful with replacing equipment lost in the mail, and was very prompt/fast but not rushing. Would come here again.

Terrible service. I went to this store to inquire about a charge on my billing statement. After waiting an hour I was served by a clerk who had a friend wearing a hairstylist smock with her. The clerk seemed oblivious to my concern and rudely told me to call the Spectrum help line!And, the canned responses to these reviews is nothing short of atrocious.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Switched from Verizon and INSTANTLY regretting it. They somehow entered my cell phone number incorrectly and didn’t verify it with me in the store before proceeding. I got a new number and then when they tried to switch it back to my old number, the agent on the 611 line disconnected my line altogether. Now I have to deal with 24-72 hours of NO WORKING PHONE AT ALL. The most INCOMPETENT service and terrible experience of my life. RUN, don’t walk, from this awful place!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Waited nearly an hour to turn my equipment in, had it in a bag on the counter and she ask me, Do you have your equipment? She was rude and argumentative over overything. If you get the obese, nose pierced blonde like I did, wait for another agent. Never again will i use this service, always problematic.

Heads up on a shoddy business practice: If you are on even the first day in your billing cycle and cancel, they will still charge you for the whole month. If you call to get it prorated, they will inform you that the policy is written on the bill, and management will not change that.

Never get a spectrum mobile. No service if you get out of your street. Tried to cancel the contract . They said i have to pay for the phone, they cannot take it back even though i am not happy with service. So I paid off the phone, now they are saying i have to stay 60 days with them to unlock the phone. stuck again with spectrum. Had to file a poilce complaint on one of the returns since they said they never got the phone. Horrible experience!!

The price is high & the speed is slow. Sick of the running around in circles with customer service only to be led to a dead end or a person saying call back tomorrow after they've screwed up. Service has been on an outage for a whole day. Can't get any work done but I'm sure I'll be billed for the unused service. They really need to get it together & stop sliding in additional services as if no one would notice.

Nice setup. My suggestion is a separate service desk for those who are only returning or picking up equipment. shouldnt have to wait behind people who are getting mobile phones and services started.

When I visited to pick up a modem and begin service, I was told they did not have any equipment and that they could not tell me which of the other local stores, if any, had the equipment available. They also were unable to set up the equipment to be shipped, despite mentioning that as an option. In addition, none of the stores have phone numbers, so I cannot call ahead to verify if they do have equipment at all. Would give a 0 if I could. Place was less than useless

Ever since signing up with Spectrum I have never had the speed that I pay for. I have called several times and all they do is send people who test the lines. Always get the same response that everything is fine and must be on my end. I just found out per one of Spectrum customer service representatives that I have been using the wrong modem and router which both were provided by Spectrum. Now I cannot get any response from Spectrum when I try to contact them about this. All they do is pressure and bully the customers and never provide services that are paid for. If they would have made sure that I had the correct equipment I would not have to keep calling them from the start of my service. I also have 4 mobile phones with them, been loyal, and never missed a payment. This is how they treat me

If there is a zero, I would give a zero! Today I went to return my equipment. I saw a female representative called each customer's name when it was their turn. However, when it was my turn, she yelled out "come up here". Rude! Right? I ignored it and went up to the counter. No "hello" or "hi" from the representative as greeting, not to mention "how are you"! Rude again! I ignored it because I wanted to get things done. Then at the end, there was a long piece of paper, like receipt, she tore it into half, kept the first half, and threw the second half on the counter and said "You can go.". Extremely rude, again! This representative was a black female, average height. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND THIS EXTREMELY RUDE WOMEN!!!!!
